AT&T Store

Been with AT&T for 15+ years. Have recieved the best customer service from William Bennet. Has worked hard to ensure the customer feels at ease while trying to take care of more than one family at once. He deserves more than a good review for the efforts he puts in.

I have been with at&t for probably 15+ years. One of the reasons is the amazing customer service. With that being said this store had the best customer service I've ever had from an AT&T store. It was fast, friendly, low pressure, informative, polite and professional. All three employees deserve recognition for their efforts

Went to the AT&T store today (10-28-23) because I received my new phone and needed to switch my old phone over to my husband and to set my phone up. We were greeted right away by William and Brandon. Brandon and William were awesome. They both helped me and my husband. I know it takes a while to do this but they engaged in conversation with us and it went so smoothly and was a great experience. My son and I also went over to order new phones before today and had William and he was just as amazing. Both William and Brandon had great customer service skills and were very kind, patient and professional. I would recommend seeing them if you are in need for a new phone or have any phone questions. It was a great experience and I spoke with the manager as well to tell him what a great job they did. I hope they both get commended for their work. :)

Worked with William Bennet to get me the best possible price for what I was looking for. I have been a customer of Cingular/AT&T for 32 years. He is, by far, the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with.

What can I say.....William Bennett went above and beyond!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained every detail in helping me transition to my new phone. William was great at multi-tasking and provided excellent customer service!! Everyone needs a William!! Thank you so much!!

I finally decided to upgrade my iPhone SE from 2020. Not a technical person but after having to charge that cell 9000x a day and losing VM access etc, I made the trip to AT&T in Logan Valley Mall. I was greeted and immediately was starting the process of getting my big pricy Iphone 14 pro.
William was a great help in my lack of and fear of losing information to the newest version (my son approved it as he was always tasked with the frustration aftermath for years) now an empty nester and no more help, I went armed with my usual quandaries. William was patient and even excused himself to address incoming customers, all while returning to insure my transfer was moving along. My only two questions that have been an issue was: is a new charger required and will my passwords be encrypted or transferred as well. Answered and I felt in good hands! Until? I opened the box to remove my now useless SE and there it was a charger that requires a usb c to c WTH?? I had just purchased more blocks and 6’ cords in anticipation of my $1000 ridiculously expensive 14pro! Day 2? I have no access to my accounts without finding all my passwords in some chain, cloud , chrome or idk what! I called the store and was met with a less than enthusiastic store clerk who seemed rather “annoyed” at my query not being answered quite correctly while I was in the store and could have purchased the “lightening fast new block”
Still not satisfied about that as it’s costly and adaptors are more like stepping on a micro Lego than helpful! As well? I have no idea how I am going to get my passwords!
The Iphone 14pro however, doesn’t disappoint with clear calls, amazing sound even music and phenomenal pictures! 5 star for this gem!

I needed some help with a new mobile hotspot that we ordered and went to the store on 2 different days within about a week. Sean helped me the first day and Jahsir the next. They were both very straightforward, helpful and kind! I had absolutely no wait time as the store was empty both afternoons, and they immediately dropped what they were doing to help me. Both of them resolved my issues each time.

Korey at Altoona, PA AT&T helped my wife and I get set up with our new iPhone phone upgrades. He made the experience go smoothly and was able to answer any questions we had. Korey was very helpful and made our trip to AT&T very productive and successful!

The customer service was amazing!! The managers are very knowledgeable and super patient especially with unique situations. Even though I had a bad experience at a location I. Pittsburgh, the managers in Altoona was able to get things resolved and me walking out a happy customer. Thank you Justin and Rob you guys rock!

Sean was absolutely wonderful! He made sure my phone was completely set up and took the time to help with my new phone and answered the many questions I had. I would recommend Sean to anyone looking for a new phone! Definitely made the experience easy!! Thank you!

I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. Mitch was very helpful in helping me choose the best phone and accessories for my needs. He clearly explained all the options available to update my phone plan. My old phone was having issues, and it took some time and multiple tries to switch all the data to the new phone. But he was able to get it done. I would very highly recommend this location for your cell phone needs. The staff used the precautions related to the Covid-19 protocols ( face masks, social distancing, etc.) . The store was very clean and well stocked.

The store manager Justin was so very helpful, while training Charles. They both answered all of my questions without hesitation. Even though Justin was training Charles, I felt like I was given great attention and not once did I feel pressured or that I was just a commission.

Kory, the sales rep, was very upbeat and kind. He addressed all of our concerns as my husband and I, a retired couple, are not very tech savvy. I would recommend Kory to anyone!

Sean was amazing! Had us in and out quickly! Helped us get all the best plans and savings and installed all of our accessories! He did a great job!

AT&T store made our purchasing iPhones easy and he couldn’t be more helpful. His customer service is excellent!

The store assistant took care of my daughter and I. She set us up with a new phone with accessories. She was very attentive and professional. I also thought I needed a new phone due to a cracked screen and found out the screen saver needed replaced. Very good day and didn't take a long time.

Went to the at&t store in the mall. (YES THEY ARE OPEN! plus the one on the blvd is always packed). Walked in and was immediately greeted by Sean. Explained that i wanted to upgrade and possibly add another line. He was very kind and helpful and made sure we were getting the best deal for my family. He wrote down all the numbers and explained to us as many times as needed to make sure we understood. Thank you so much Sean. I love my new iphone 12 max pro!!! They are also running a great promotion right now and offering $700 credits towards a brand new iphone. Long story short i left today a happy customer. Thanks again Sean!

My husband and I live an hour away. We were in the area doing some shopping and decided to stop in. We asked them to help us out with a few things (upgrading a phone, changing a number and a few others). Justin and Nate went above and beyond to help us. They both were extremely nice and helpful with explaining everything. I highly recommend going to this AT&T even if it’s a bit of a drive for you. This is the only AT&T my husband and I will now go to.

Diane Burtnett was extremely helpful, patient,and professional. She set up my new iPhone and explained everything that I needed to know about the entire process. The process included transferring all my data from the old iPhone, installing a screen protector and new case, preparing my old phone to be returned for credit, and explaining how the billing and service for AT&T would work. I was impressed with the entire staff. Another sales rep helped me pick the best case and screen protector for my new phone. I would highly recommend the Logan Valley AT&T store. I was also impressed with the way they enforced the Covid safety precautions.
