Avid gym goer here, I’m from houston working in Louisiana for the month and let me tell you. Zack helped me out a lot and is very knowledgeable, personable and professional without pushing anything on you too hard. His approach and upsell was great. He’s the reason why this place is getting 5 stars for me, he’s more knowledgeable and into his craft than any person I’ve met across GNC stores in Houston and Houston has a lot of stores. So that says a lot, If you decide to come to this place ask for Zack. 🤙🏽

Helpful staff. Manager on duty even walks customers to the door as they leave, personally greets and makes sure he can find the closest thing to what they are looking for, if the brand is not in stock. Always offers to order something if not available. Every time I've been here, the staff has been super polite and helpful.

I haven't been into a GNC in awhile and dropped into this location while killing some time. The guy working was incredibly nice and not pushy as I told him I was just looking around. I couldn't help but overhear him with other customers and how pleased they were. So I decided to give him a chance. We talked about my goals for almost 20 mins before he even talked about a single one of his products. He felt genuinely invested in me and not about making a buck. It was a customer experience unlike any I have experienced in a long time. I will be back.

I love GNC because of their friendly customer service and they always have what I need. So helpful and will highly recommended!! And the store is always so clean.
