I was experiencing some difficulties trying to place an online order for prints I needed for my sisters baby shower. After my original online order came in incorrectly, I had to be refunded and re-place my order. I opted for in store pick up due to time which is how I came to this store. Tiffany assisted me through most of this interaction. I had so many issues and she remained so polite, incredibly helpful, and she got me the end result I really needed. She took the time to call me as needed when she didn’t think my prints would be acceptable. Ultimately, she delivered a much better option and the price wasn’t far off what I had originally planned to spend! She honestly made this experience such a good one and I can’t speak high enough of her. Theresa was also very kind when I went in to pick up my order. She showed me my order before leaving and promptly took care of me. If I need anything printed, I will opt into in store pick up with this team and highly recommend them!

I like to print cards, and I came across this staples by happy accident !! I just have to say Tiffany and Theresa are AMAZING !! Like beyond AMAZING !! They’re so polite and helpful, and honestly because of these two exceptional women, I’m going to stay with this Staples for my printing needs. They always call to tell me if anything needs to be reformatted and how to do it, and also are so quick to call when my order comes in. It’s hard to get people who really care about whether or not you’re happy with the end product, but they always make sure it’s EXACTLY how you want it. On my last order, after submitting the order, I wanted to change the picture after reformatting it a little differently and they were so patient and said “No problem”. I’m notoriously late in picking up my order, but they always keep it set aside for me… if you need to do anything with regard s to printing, I highly recommend this staples, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the least. The product is top quality, and the experience with the amazing customer service provided by Theresa and Tiffany will honestly be the best !! Staples… take note, the ONLY reason I’m taking my printing needs to this Staples is because of Tiffany and Theresa !! ☺

Danielle in the copy center did everything she could to fulfill my needs. She bent over backwards for my co-worker and I on several projects all done within a few weeks. She helped make chaotic deadlines a breeze.

This store is IMHO the best! Doug the manager is always on top and ready to solve any problems that might arise. Their technical staff is knowlegeable. They have serviced most of my office needs for the past 10 years and I really can't say enough nice things about the Bloomfield Hills STAPLES at Woodward near Square Lake.

The copy and printing section/ ups drop off is second to none!!! Unbelievable fast and very helpful with whatever needs to be done. Cashiers, managers and all employees are fantastic with doing their job. Thank you!!

The manager, Steve, is flat out amazing! He went out of his way to help take care of my request and was an absolute pleasure to work with. A genuinely helpful and down to earth guy. I definitely recommend this Staples store.

Needed a shipping label printed to mail an item that had to be shipped ASAP,

Went to purchase some business cards online and had someone else pick them up for me, they didn't turn out that great so I went to the store to see if they could fix them, Tiffany and Theresa were more than helpful in making them look perfect for me, these ladies were very nice and professional I will be doing business with them more often

After leaving FedEx Office across Sq. Lk. unsatisfied, I went to Staples. They scanned my 8 pages and emailed it to me for $4.00, Staples will be my first stop in the future. They were fast and easy.
