Amazing customer service. Brought 4 numbers from boost and got 4 free phones. The people there were auper friendly had music jammin and handled the entire process in less than a half hour. Completely satisfied and will make this my main stop for all my metro needs from now on. Highly recommended for anyone that hates dealing with over aggressive cell phone carriers!

I added a line to my phone line
And they change my name on the account to Luis. Now I can’t get into my account.
I would give zero stars.
They also charge me for headphones I didn’t ask for they said it was free

watch out for add-on accessories when you purchase phone there. which cost you $50 per charger! and they wont tell you until you ask the final price detail.

I got robbed at this Metro six months ago. The company never followed up on me to see how I was doing. Should say enough about how much the company cares about its employees.
