Staples Connect

I wanted to print something for my wedding on vellum paper so I bought some laser printer-friendly vellum paper and brought it here. The staff very kindly helped me print my file on my vellum paper. I really appreciated it since nowhere offers vellum as a paper option for printing and I don’t have my own printer.

I had a huge order and the document printing team was incredibly responsive and helpful and made my life a whole lot easier. Will definitely use this location again.

I've had several great experiences with Staples employees lately. On New Year's Eve 2022, Haroun at the Alewife store went above and beyond to help me find a cable to connect two monitors to my new computer. And the printing staff at the Soldiers Field Road store were patient and amazing during a stressful time getting some stuff printed in October. 🙌

Very, very pleased with the patient and knowledgeable assistance I received from Cesar while evaluating printers , afternoon of 10.24.20. He really went out of his way to clarify the different properties of various printers. and what would serve my needs. Tech savvy I am NOT- but he was never condescending or too technical for me to get a great deal of good information from him.

Staff greeted me when I walked in and pointed me to the self service printer section. Knowledgeable staff helped me print quickly. Helped me track down correct toner as well.

The store is clean and the staff are very helpful. And I don't know if it's under New Management but the products are now appropriately targeted 2 the needs of the people who shop there. And parking is never a problem.

Very good Staples location. They have printing services, and are well stocked in all departments. Also, the location is very central and convenient.

New store manager is super nice and helpful, very hands on and over the course of a couple weeks I've seen a significant improvement in the store as a whole

Very helpful and available staff, and they had what I needed. Prices are maybe 10% high, but I like the convenience.
