Been using Aroma 360 in my home for 5 years. Have had almost every machine and have sent many referrals all of which rave. I literally have neighbors stopping me as I am leaving house to ask what I use to scent. My A/C technician who tries to act all tough and tough has even asked for the information so that he can install in his own home and his clients. I love the Boca Raton and Palm Beach locations as well as the staff

This five stars is for Christine the store manager and of course I absolutely love the scents. Christine goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
The support tech department stinks and needs restructuring. They don’t return calls, nor keep appointments. Hadn’t been for Christine I would have gone on to try a different scenting company.

We've been wanting the Aroma 360 for awhile. After visiting our favorite hotel, we were convinced we had to purchase the system. The salesperson that assisted me was very knowledgeable on the product and able to answers all my questions and concerns.

I LOVE my Aroma 360 products. I had the Davinci and a couple of months ago I added the Museum. The Museum was not working properly; I contacted the tech department and as much as I love the product, I am even more impressed by the tech support gentleman, Kenny Gonzalez. He called me EXACTLY at my scheduled appointment time and he was a 12 out of 10 regarding friendliness, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. Moreover, he followed up with me to make sure my problem was resolved. I could not be happier! THANK YOU Kenny and THANK YOU Aroma 360 for hiring top notch talent!

Amazing store. I bought so many products - two big machines for home AC, two mini diffusers, car diffuser and the most wonderful oils here. Maggie, Devyn, Suzie and Christine are so helpful each and every time I shop here. Highly recommend this fantastic store to everyone. I know I will be definitely coming back for more.

I was visiting Boca from Michigan and had no idea that this store existed. As I was walking by I decided to duck into the store and I was greeted by the manager Christine. Wow. She knew everything!!! She was so helpful and knowledge about all of the products and scents. My sales girl Devyn in Boca went above and beyond, even assisting me in setting up the timer for my new AC diffuser. Now, my home exudes a luxurious fragrance reminiscent of an upscale hotel. Amazing scents to please every possible taste. Store is an Oasis filled with spectacular items to enhance the smell of homes, businesses, vehicles and more. Service is very good although it gets pretty busy for those guys.

Devyn was very knowledgeable with the Aroma 360 scents and accessories. She helped me choose several room sprays and candles to give as thank you gifts for my real estate clients. I would highly recommend working with her and I know my clients homes are going to smell terrific!!
