I went to this location to return Amazon purchases and I have never felt more welcomed!!!!! Islam, Kaitlyn, and Keith were absolutely LOVELY!!!! Keith even gave me FABULOUS shopping advice for bras!!!! I honestly love going to this UPS store in Royersford!!!

The staff here is always welcoming and does a great job of asking what you need to working with you to figure it out even if it's out of the norm.

Most-often there are a couple other customers in the place so it's a pretty busy location.

Quick service is the norm. You might have to wait in a short line sometimes but it goes quickly.

If you want to spend time and make copies, do layout work or whatever you need to do for a project there is space to do it and the staff is helpful as much as you'd like them to help you.

Great place to ship from or make copies or books or promotional materials.

I had such a great experience here! Usually don’t leave reviews but I had too, Peter was SO helpful and did much more than he needed to help me with 4 returns, 2 of them semi-complicated. He was quick and efficient and so friendly even though it was 10 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve. I could tell he had a good rapport with 2 regular customers that came in while I was there. Great employee I’ll be coming here instead of the store closest to me now.

Michelle was absolutely amazing! Friendliest UPS Store I've ever been to. During a hectic late December, Michelle was very customer friendly, and super helpful. I hope she is recognized as a stellar employee.

Michelle was very helpful with two packages I was shipping to California. She didn’t even blink when I realized I forgot to put some paperwork in one of the boxes. She smiled and opened the box and resealed for me! Michelle and Peter are awesome employees and this is my go to UPS location!

Excellent service, particularly by Michelle! She assisted me with getting a certified copy of my passport pages as well as helping with my shipping needs. She exemplifies the best in customer service that unfortunately is rare today. I would highly recommend this UPS location for its prompt and customer oriented service!

Michelle was really extremely helpful! I had issues sending a fax from a different location and she helped me get it through, and saved me a nice chunk of change! She went above and beyond. Michelle is truly an asset to your company, she could have very easily just let me take the L on the fax.

Love this location. Michelle made my Amazon return very easy. I chose the wrong way to return my item and she was able to correct it and do the return that day in under 5 minutes. If you are in a hurry and don't like waiting this is the location for you.

I use this UPS store regularly to shop to a close friend out of state. Michelle is wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful, assisting me in getting my items to their destination the cheapest, quickest way possible! She spends the time to help me figure out the best way to pack and ship and i couldn’t be happier with this store!

Has been to this store many time and has always been very happy with the services. Michelle was very helpful when I was returning Verizon Equipment even offering to keep the at the store while I get additional shipping information from Verizon. Thank you for the great Job Michelle

Peter is the absolute best he has helped me the past year. Always friendly and willing to help me with heavy packages he is super sweet and just the best. I go to this location over one that is closer bc the staff is so great! Michelle has been helping me latley she always greets me with a smile and remembers that I don't need a receipt so I'm always in and out quick even when it's busy! Thanks for being so great !

I'm a regular customer of this UPS Store. They have lots of great and convenient services including printing and shredding.
The service is always great. Peter and Michelle are amazing and always eager to help me, no matter how small, large or unusual my request. The owner Shareen and her staff and family are wonderful. I really enjoy the people, service and the convenience. I recommend the UPS Store Royersford to all my friends.

I just have to mention Peter. He is SUCH a delight. Always friendly, pleasant conversation & wishes everyone a happy holidays when they leave. "Peter" at the UPS store in Royersford was excellent! I waited in line for my turn and he worked SO efficiently and with such professionalism. No frustration at all just pure joy and calmness and helped work the line quickly and smoothly. TRULY an excellent excellent customer service.

They are the nicest people I’ve ever seen I’ve went to other stores and they weren’t that nice but I’ve had a great experience there and I’m gonna always go there whenever I’m gonna ship stuff even tho this is not the closest one to me.
Even when these guys are busy they are moving quickly they were getting those lines so quickly I would definitely recommend this place for someone that had a bad experience with UPS

Peter's customer service is amazing, he always has a smile on his face when a customer walks into the store. I frequently come to this store, and any time he is backed up or busy he makes sure he greets every single customer in that walks in, he is also great at multi tasking as well.

Don't ever get rid of this employee, by far the best in the store!

Peter, one of the associates, was absolutely phenomenal. Made me feel like a brother. I came in with a printed shipping label and my item, and it was a seamless process. His, “alright my man, have a great weekend” went a long way! 10/10!

Went in the UPS store on Buckwater Road today and had a great experience. Went in and the store was crowded with one employee working. Peter was Thorough, organized, fast and friendly. He got everyone in and out so fast it was amazing to watch. Joe D
