Publix Super Market On the Bay

Publix is always a great place to go whether for quick or extended grocery shopping. They are always well stocked and the employees have great customer service. Thanks and keep up the great work. These words are to make sure I have 200 characters.

They have a great staff - always ready to step on and make an extra mile to help you, very friendly, great customer service. Love this place!

This Publix is highly upgraded from other Publix stores. Very good selection very clean very bright the staff is friendly.

I love Publix because they make me feel like family, they always treated good and I find comfort there,is a warm family feeling that I get when shopping at Publix, their products are always fresh and the best,I recommend the board head ham ,turkey maple you are going to love it!

The parking garage makes this so easy to park and load groceries. They always have everything I am looking for. The store is put together well and I can always locate what I am looking for with ease. They have a good selection of items and the store is always clean. I like that they have lots of cashier's and the self check out so never have to wait in line to check out

I can always find with ease the items I want, but more importantly, they finally installed a self check-out, that's very helpful because sometimes in the mornings there's only 1 or 2 cashiers working and the lines can be long. So I'm happy about the self check-out.

You Will find everything you want anything you need. Don't go crazy looking for prices, remember where you are before making any comparison. Place is clean, people are friendly and they have variety of everything. You can always go for the meal had a very good price to take home. I truly appreciate having such a big unclean place with people helping you since they understand that you are not from the area.

People are always nice friendly great place to shop. Currently the entrance is getting remodeled and you have to get down from parking garage using the elevator. Stairs are blocked off.

The staff here is always very friendly. We love that they hire mentally challenged individuals. They are always so happy to see us and willing to help. Every time we go we always go to the seafood department and they are always so happy to see us and let us know specials. We go to the deli and order a sub and a wrap. Sometimes they will see us when we are 50 feet away and give us a big smile. The staff at the checkout are always so quick. Not much waiting time. The managers always seem to be working a mile a minute but make time to say hello.

The Publix are all nice and clean with various selections, we really love shopping here.

Nice and clean great staffing

The service here has always been exceptional, and the staff are all courteous at nice! They anticipate your needs, such as last week when I came in thinking I would just be getting a few things and didn't need a cart. An associate saw me struggling to carry my items and got me a basket.
Today, I was packing my groceries into my bicycle basket, and the bike tipped over. The staff saw me and offered to replace the items and clean everything up. While I was inside getting replacements, one of the managers and an associate were kneeling on the sidewalk wiping all the pasta sauce (two jars broke open on the fall) and almond milk off of my items and putting them into a reusable bag that they gave me. I did not expect any of this and had no idea what to do. I was very pleasantly surprised, but I also know this is the type of above and beyond behavior that employees of Publix and keeps me coming back.

Favorite on the beach! This one seems to have the nicest selection of fresh produce, baked goods, and selections overall. The parking is easy, and it’s not over crowded.

This Publix has everything you need,excellent customer service, handicap ramp,parking ,pharmacy and the freshest products, it's amazing.

Great service, super friendly staff. Love the decor and atmosphere, especially the outdoor seating! The patio is a cute little escape from the city.

Usually clean and well restocked

This Publix is much more laid back and less crowded than the 5th Street location. It's a different clientele here with previously zero tourists, so if you want a less crowded, more relaxed experience, this is will give you that.
