CVS

I normally don’t write reviews but given how bad these are on here I felt compelled to share and rate my experience. I had come here to fill in a 90 day prescription and had some challenges with insurance. The manager took care of me and explained all of my options. I’m beyond grateful for her help in getting me my medication.

These folks unfortunately deal with people who are either sick, in a bad mood because they aren’t feeling well or have to be the messengers of the drug companies and the pharmacy and are in charge of breaking bad news to people trying to get what they need when most of it is out of their control to begin with.

I love that they always have the products that I use at this CVS

I arrived at the pharmacy at 11:36pm after being horribly mistreated at the CVS in Montgomery Village. There was a nice pharmacist there that took my prescription told me it was a 15 minute wait. It was about 10 minutes later they called me and went home. I have always been happy with the service at this pharmacy. It isn't always as fast as it was today but I always get good service and my questions are answered and if the prescription isn't covered they handle getting it paid for through insurance. I will always return to this pharmacy!

Excellent Customer Service! (This is not a review of the pharmacy, just the store in general.) I haven't used the pharmacy, so I can't attest to that, but I received outstanding customer service from the cashiers, assistant manager, and beauty consultant Shaloe. I'm so glad I went out of my way to try this CVS location since I was hesitant after reading the other reviews. The beauty department is well-stocked and had items that weren't available at the Derwood location. I didn't have to ask for help because it was offered to me by every employee I saw. Shaloe went out of her way to help me choose the best beauty products for my skin type. She was also kind enough to give me some free high-end (Vichy) beauty samples and took time to explain to me how to use them. I was very impressed with her and the other employees. Jonathan was also particularly helpful and kind as were his co-worker and manager, but I didn't catch their names. I will definitely go back to this location.

I've never been into a CVS that has excellent customer service in the pharmacy dept.. including the supervisor who was very helpful with my discount inquire. I didn't know about this location but now will be. Keep it up with the good customer service!

The saff here is my favorite. They all try hard especially the pharmacy personnel.. So many times they're understaffed and they still do their best to accommodate each person I've been going there for many years and I just wish that the CVS management would give them some help in that store. It's like that in several other stores in this area, Employees don't have to tell you anything you could see how hard they work to do each more than their share. Personally ,I think they are top rate.

We had a COVID vaccination today administered by Ms. Thakkar. Everything was completely professional. Premises were clean. Appointment time was observed to the minute. Ms Thakkar was excellent. It would be nice if the automated reminders from CVS mentioned to bring proof of a child’s date of birth. The staff was very accommodating. All in all, a textbook perfect experience.

The Manager was kind enough to allow me to use the $10 from my CVS Care Pass card when I had difficulty at the self-checkout.

The Manager of this CVS quickly took our pictures, and got us on our way in less than 5 minutes just now!!! So much better than Montgomery Village!!!

Had the pharmacy getting help from the nearest urgent care. He gave me the number and l was able to get help for uti that l was having.

Been coming to this location since i was born in 1985 and it used to be Peoples Drugs. I love how this location has always conveniently been open 24/7.

I do not know why so many bad reviews, I came very early to make a photo for the passport, but still three women at the checkout helped me to do everything, thank you very much.

Great pharmacy... always very fast and considerate. Diana is great

Went to get a quick vaccination, Nurse Susan was excellent.

Found items I needed. Not too crowded in the morning.
