I stopped into BeMobile to upgrade my phone, based on the great reviews, I thought I’d try it since the Verizon App wasn’t letting me purchase the phone I wanted. Adrian was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process quick & easy! He helped me get a newer phone for a great price. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend this store & will be telling all my friends to head there for their cell phone needs!

The staff at this store are fantastic: professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I was changing from a Samsung to iPhone and there were some personally valuable historic texts and living room music recordings that didn’t easily transfer. Showed up on NYE day because my son’s iPhone 12 mini started giving him problems too. I was greeted right away and was told that they would help me as soon as possible since both associates were busy helping other customers. Then Tyler, who had helped me almost a year ago, came up to get me checked in since I was waiting about 15min and addressed me by name! I have no idea how he remembered me but that is top notch customer service. My previous experience with him was wonderful but this second visit really was impressive. I was probably waiting about 45 min before Tyler or Adrian could help me but sitting there and listening to both of them helping the other customers really explains why this Verizon store has so many 5 star reviews. They go above and beyond to help you get set up on your phone and explain everything to you patiently. I would encourage everyone who has to utilize their expertise to do something nice afterwards and buy them something from Dunn Brothers or Subway to show your appreciation for the amount of time they spend helping you. Sure, that’s their job but it’s nice to just reward their efforts with more than a thank you. Pay it forward with kindness…

My SIM card decided to stop working out of the blue on my iPhone 12 mini. Who knew that was even a possibility? Took it into this BeMobile Verizon Store on a Wednesday afternoon and couldn't have come upon 3 nicer associates. Very friendly and knowledgeable representatives who didn't make you feel like you were a nuisance. Tyler was the manager there and made my experience very enjoyable. They fixed my phone and got me on my way. I would highly recommend this place for all your cellular phone needs. They will take the time to help you.
