I love this place
The pharmacy personnel is great
Aaron, Vanek, Melissa, Emily and all the rest are always there to help me
And the staff that’s upfront are just as helpful and courteous and nice
I love my neighborhood CVS

The store I shop at about twice a month is doing a good job. Items are easy to locate and if I am having trouble locating an iterm, there is usually someone who can help me. it is always a positive experience.

Jodi, Jane and Brian are amazing staff members of! They remember me and my girls, always say hi and sometimes we talk for a few minutes! Super lucky to have this CVS in Knollwood. The pharmacy staff is exceptional! Thanks Lucy!

Especially about the pharmacy of this CVS location, the personnel and their service are excellent, they are going for an extra mile to give the customer service.

Super nice employees here. I live nearby and this place is very convenient, even though the parking is kind of tough because there are so many businesses. Keep up the good work.

Great location with plenty of parking and no crowds. Service from the pharmacy is great. They do a great job with the flu vaccine.

LOVE this store! Close to home. Has what I need, especially at the last minute. Super friendly staff and store manager.

I live so close and usually have had nothing but the best experience with the staff, Love the store manager he is so kind and always greets you with a smile and would have given all stars but gloria ( i think that was her name ) employee this morning treated me like a criminal after i explained to her i was charged double on makeup remover wipes and returned the one because they were all dried out / she rudely left and said nothing to me and just to find out that she said she reviewed the cameras and said i did buy two,and her voice carried throughout the whole store to make matters worse and quite embarrassing for the shoppers and making a spectical of herself ,after that i asked to speak to jody a gal that works there , and she replied to me with a very mean tone. “ why she isnt a manager here” i never asked that i just wanted a “FRIENDLY” employee to tell her what happened , she dismissed me completley and called for tod the store manager( whom me and my family adore and i had told him i had only one in my bag/but he said he as well saw the footage on the camera and there were two/ still cant seem to know what happened but its mysteriously dissapeared ( she leaves me to view footage over a four / five dollar item, i cldnt even beleive she left me at the counter for ten minutes because she has trust issues, why wld i fabricate such a lie???i just left it alone after that i felt i was a abused enough / she had absolutley NO people / social skills and never was i treated so poorly ever from this store that i frequent almost three to four times weekly / this girl is definetley not qualified to work among all the other lovely employees she is more cut out for a prison gaurd with her cranky face and rude disposition / truly sad because i wont be going there ever again / just to the pharmacy / the funny thing is why would i waste my valuable time making up such a crazy scenerio over a four dollar item / best of luck gloria( if thats even your name) you are a very sad and mean soul, i feel sorry for you / and cvs shouldnt be that desperate to hire underqualified people such as your miserable self, ill pray for you and a little hint, try to put a smile on that mug of yours , it couldnt hurt!!!!

Awful experience today- I left the ER and diagnosed with Covid. Called the pharmacy and asked if they could deliver since I didn’t want to go in. The guy first said we don’t have any orders for you a few back and forth on DOB, he said yes we have one, I said no there is two. He says the other has a co pay which I said I can pay the co pay with credit card and please rush but he said you would need to send someone to pick it up. So disappointed and it’s a shame because they just put unqualified people to respond to peoples questions, but I really think the pharmacist themselves are pretty knowledgeable and with great attitude

Today September 20th my wife went to CVS ( less than 1 mile from us and was told her medication costs $400 despite the fact we have Medicare and supplemental Blue Shields and drug coverage. This happens to me a month ago when they told me $178 which I then told please check my coverage again and after waiting 40 min they relabeled the medication and I paid close to $45. Very disappointing they don’t care and try to charge seniors without thoroughly checking
