AT&T Store

Went to change my phone, the service is outstanding, they are super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The GM is amazing, super patient and really knows his job. The store assistant is also great. A few weeks ago I wrote a very bad review for the Alton Road store which is 100% awful, I am so glad to write this five star review for this store, they absolutely deserve it!!

The customer service at this location is excellent. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. I had an amazing experience with the manager Jessica, she was outstanding, and the product (fiber internet) was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

I recently visited the AT&T store on Miami Beach. It’s located on Arthur Godfrey Rd(41st Street).
The women working there were very pleasant and helpful. I visit some places that have limited knowledge of even their own products. This wasn’t the case here. They helped me with every question I had and offered me the best options for my situation. They were polite, but not to the point of being sarcastic. The sale wasn’t pushy, but flowed to fit my needs. I expect that this has become my new home store. Hopefully they will get recognized for their work and this won’t be just something that the company uses to boost sales.

When this customer “Elinor “was in store not only was she screaming to the top her lungs she was cursing and yelling. I’ve been a customer for years at this location. There was a manager on duty but the store didn’t have the phone in stock. Since this very rude individual didn’t get what she wants she throw a complete fit. Customer claims to be an adult never acted like one. Please don’t let this one unstable individual ruin the reputation of this wonderful staff. The rep that’s was attending her was amazing! Great customer service! Shame on you for even making up lies! Diamonique you were great and took her time with my questions and concerns please see her if anything is ever needed

Your store at 339 41 street Miami Beach has the most professional representatives. They are also very knowledgeable and patient with customers, And very well mannered and interested in what a customer has to say. So very happy I came to this store.

The manager of the store Knows her profession,
and always tries her Outer most solve any problems or issues a customer may have.

But in this case it was little she could do except put me in touch with customer care corporate,
due to the fact my problem was a billing mistake by AT&A.

Customer care agreed there was a billing mistake on my account, But that she needed a few days to remedy problem through her superiors.

Amazing experience. Outstanding customer service and care. Octavio, the salesman did everything possible for us to take the new phone activated. He stayed over and hour and half after the store closed. Congratulations to ATT for having people like him, he is a great asset to your company.

This place is amazing and superb customer service! Arlet is the best! My wife and I had our phones stolen while on vacation and she helped us get everything squared away! Shes super knowledable and very professional! She is amazing! I wish she lived in ATL to help us with all of our att issues! We love her! She is a blessing from above! I just moved down to south florida and needed to upgrade my phone so I chose to give At&t a try. I have never had such good quality customer service! From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I will definitely be recommending At&t and this store in specific.

Came to the store to do an upgrade and the rep at the store was nice enough to explain to me the different smartphones that are available. The rep was very helpful in setting up my email and transfering my contacts to my new phone. I highly recommend anyone to come to this store. Excellent customer service and great service.
