The website indicated the item i was looking for was out of stock. I called to verify if indeed the product was out of stock (around the holiday season) The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful! He walked over to the area of the store just to make sure he still had some and confirmed the items were in stock. He was even nice enough to give me the different options and colors available AND hold them for me for a few hours to drive there. When i walked in the store was very organized and inviting. The store had positive energy all around. I wasn’t able to stay and look at everything but I’ll definitely be back!

I love their store in the new location. The people who work there are frendly. They greeted us every time we went there. They add a lot of new toys. Moreover, I like their Gundam models, and the price is quite reasonable. I also like to look at their DIY dollhouses and wood models. Very nice store!

I've been going to the Brentwood La Vista NE store for 25+ years. I love the new look so nice. Jeff and Cam are the friendliest people and are always willing to help with a smile. I'm a plastic scale modeler and love how you've expanded the supplies area. Perhaps more range of paints like Mr Hobby range or Mr Paint range and offer aftermarket items like resin or photo etched products as well as masking mediums and a range of decals or at least a place to order them. Overall excellent. I'll keep coming back.

My favorite hobby town location purely because of the customer service! Cameron is awesome. Many times I've called in for parts or a new rc. Selection on bigger cars would be a plus but I get it, it's a new store. Better lighting would be a huge benefit around the parts area

We are so thankful for Hobby Town in Papillion/Lavista! It is so nice with the expansion. All staff are very kind and helpful. We prefer to shop there as an opposed to chain stores. I love the great customer service.

Great selection for all hobbies. Great pricing and super staff - know the products and always willing to assist. Clean and organized.

I love this store! They got all sorts of fun stuff and the employee even let me toss the paper airplanes around to test them out.

Kameron and Karin are awesome. We walked around for about 5 minutes kinda lost, Karin asked if she could help with anything and found us half a dozen things that would work perfectly. She continued to help after we told her “nope that won’t work” over and over. After we found 2 things Kameron opened a new register after noticing there was a line, checked us out and was very friendly! Will be back!

Large selection of lego, gundam, pokemon, magic, and rc. Great place to hang out on sunday afternoons. They also have home craft events. With a friendly staf this makes hobbytown the place i support.

Great store! Employees are very happy to have you there. There is a ton of stuff to pick from. The store is extremely clean and very well organized. Will be back many times!

Every time you walk in you are greeted....I needed help with a diorama I am making the young man helping me was awesome and I'm sorry I don't remember his name. He took the time to look at my pictures and was so kind in his comments. Got what I needed as no other place in town had it. Thankyou HobbyTown!!!

My first visit to Hobbytown was a positive one. Lots of things to chose from and they were very helpful in sharing some of the fan favorites!

Amazing staff helped me right away and didn’t make me feel weird for not knowing anything about rc cars.

So, yes I had stopped by Hobby Town on 84th St. , They had locked up because of the work being done on their sidewalk , but because I was a regular customer , the person working there was nice enough to let me in and purchase the products I needed for my model I was working on . So I am giving a 12 out of 10 for helping me out and not chasing me away.

Love the store, they have a lot of unique toys you can't find in regular stores

Huge selection of model cars, airplanes and other model sets. They have stuff for painting those sets as well. The have some board games too if I remember correctly. I will be going back soon! I want to collect some of the dragons figures and other fantasy creatures they have there. I got a gnome bear as well. So cute!

The new place is great! Lots of products for everyone of all ages.

First time to visit. Great help and was able to get toy for great grandkids with their help. Will visit there again.
