Pacific Primes Food

The food is great and the two gentleman Dan and Terry were very helpful and very fun to have over. They showed us all the food they had and told us about the difference between the cuts of steaks and the difference with the fish! They even went out of they're way and rearranged our freezer! They ended up writing down recepies for us on everything that we were not sure how to cook. Very satisfied customers right here! Thanks so much for the awesome deal and come back anytime!

The food is awesome. It's a must get...

aka pacific .prime seafood, aka anchor's away steak and seafood. I bought a steak and seafood combo pack, paid $595. Filets were about as good as a low grade sirloin with loads of marble in them, and some of the meats developed funny colors in the freezer. Called to complain of the lower quality about a couple of weeks later. Spoke originally with the rep that sold the food on Memorial day, and was told that I would receive a phone call the next day and possibly a visit to return and exchange the meat that was bad. The representative called the next day and scheduled a show up time. The representative never showed up. I called the office the next day, and spoke with the office manager who claimed she would follow up, and dispatch the representative the next day; of course this was also a no show. I have been leaving repetitive messages without any recourse. You will notice reporting these thieves to the better business bureau is futile because they have over 50 complaints and very few have been resolved to the customer's satisfaction. This is why they have an "F" rating.

So yeah they just showed up at my house in a Nissan truck with 2 freezers on the back. Asked if I was interested in looking and buying some food. I ask for a list and he like hesitated to give me one. I said I need to look at some prices. I said we would look it over and decide. Then give you a call if we need anything. Who just shows up doing that? Crazy as hell. Not into frozen as hell meat and chicken. Oh yeah Epstein didn't kill himself.

I was with this company for 18 years, not anymore!!!! Food used to be good, but now it sucks!!! Nothing but liars scammers, and cons are there now. Beware!!! Don't answer the door!!!!

Sales men were great. But I bought 2 boxes of steaks. When I thawed them out, they were old, brown in color, and the smell was horrible.
The FILLETS were to fatty low grade
The T BONE were brown with no red left on them.
The NY SPRIPS also were brown with a sicken smell
The DELMONICO were D grade meat to say the most.
The BEEF PATTIES turned out to be less then 75/25 beef.
Lesson learned. You guy could have had a great customer but the product is by far the worst meat I've eaten

The Rep Bob (I will not mention his last name) came to my home selling Pacific Prime Food Products. I explained that we did not eat food with pre-made sauces or any additives. He sold me 3 cartons of steaks, "all natural" he said. After he leaves I read the packaging. The steaks have a list of chemicals a mile long !! (Dextrose, Salt, sodium phosphates, modified food starch, corn syrup, natural flovors, soy sauce, wheat, soybeans, hydrolyzed soy protein, butter flavor, maltodextrin, lipolyzed butterfat, sugar, hydrolyzed corn protein, vegetable oil (milk, soy, wheat)). I call his phone, he'll try to make it back. I wait for 2 weeks. I call his supervisor, Gene, and am told the Steaks will be replaced with Truly "All Natural Steaks" that they carry. I wait. I call Gene again, he says he will have Bob call me. I wait. Bob does call, but he's not in the area, he will see who he can find who is in the area. I wait. I call Bob in December, he's still looking for someone in my area to handle the exchange. I call in January, February, ect, each time leaving a message, and each time being ignored. The steaks sit in my freezer, so full of chemicals I don't want to feed my family. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT, BUT THEY WON'T. THEY WILL JUST KEEP STALLING !! MAKING EXCUSES. Be for-warned, Do not deal with this company.

Can't speak to the food but the drivers are terrible on the road. Following one up a quiet residential street, he slowed, started to pull over, I went to pass, he pulled back out, nearly into me, then cordially flipped me off.
Pity these folks are still in business.

Horrible, They won't even return your calls and the meat is tough and fatty.
What a waste of my hard earned money. Shame on me!

Rude as can be when they came to my door. Next time I'm calling the cops.

Bait & switch. So bad my cat didn't want to eat it.
