AT&T Store

I love this store in Totem Lake. The workers are knowledgeable, kind, fun. The service is spectacular! I had the honor of working with Caro as I turned in my iPhone 11 for the 15. He was patient and extremely helpful !! I had no doubt that the upgrade was what I wanted and he helped with some accessories too. I just brought my old phone back today (two weeks later) and he remembered me and helped me get my old phone turned in. I will come back to this store and always work with Caro. He is a wonderful human being!

Our experience has been wonderful. My friend’s phone was disabled. Caro assisted my friend and her phone is back on line. We are both so so thankful for Caro’s assistance with her phone. He was polite and very considerate. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

Will use this location from now on and i live about 15mins away in kenmore so other stores closer but Rep convinced me with eaze and attitude to use this one

The experience for the Kirkland AT&T by totem lake was amazing. My parents and I were helped by a kind gentleman, Austin Tyler. He made the experience welcoming and enjoyable. My parents and I were just doing a trade in but it felt like a walk in the park with how welcoming the store felt.

Brought 2 phones that we had recently purchased online into the store, one to return and one to trade in. David (manager) helped walk us through our options and helped us with the lengthy return process. Appreciate the help we got today - thank you!

Caro has helped me on multiple occasions at this location. He has been great! Very knowledgeable and helpful, with a can-do attitude. He got me out of there quickly each time, whether it was a screen protector replacement or a SIM card replacement. This location is always well staffed to handle multiple customers at once, definitely my favorite AT&T location.

I had an amazing rep (Nam) who helped me change from Boost mobile to AT&T after being frustrated w boost for a week. It was a huge relief when he was able to help me and hook me up with the best deals. Super friendly and personable guy and excellent service which I’ve never had from any phone company before. 😀

This is good AT&T store. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. The store was clean, spacious, and well-organized.
