I’m not sure why it has this title. I didn’t see anything inside indicating it was for medical supplies. This is a legit truckstop that has a diner and normal gas station amenities including restroom. The staff is very friendly and very nice. My lunch wasn’t bad. Overnight truck parking available.

Good food but restaurant is only open 5am til 2pm

You got to love this place it's very convenient right on a major highway 52 provides a quick convenient stop to get gas snacks drinks whatever you may need for your road trip and even has hot food during the day!

Get gas here atleast 4 times a week! Also they have freshly cooked breakfast and lunch buffet inside! Food is delicious! Employees are always smiling and happy when I'm there. You're greated upon arrival as well as departure! GOOD FRESH MADE COFFEE EVERY MORNING ALSO! I RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO HASN'T BEEN HERE BEFORE TO STOP BY ONE DAY AS YOU'RE PASSING THROUGH. YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Coward Truck stop is one place (possibly THE one place) that you can always count on to be open no matter what the time when you need something! It's one of the few places that kept their original hours during the covid-19 nightmare! Actually Im pretty sure the ONLY time they actually close is Christmas day! Great food too!

Hot food and other goods..

This place has some of the best southern food!! The yams was like food heaven. Also, the lady that does the cooking and serving is very nice!

I love Coward Truck Stop. They have great breakfast and lunch as well. Nothing beats the steak on Thursday's. ..Friendly staff and the Owner is very friendly.

Tiny truck stop with a dirt parking lot that can fit about seven trucks. It has a restaurant that opens at 7:30am and closes around 9:00pm.

Nice friendly people!! Always open 24/7 except for an hour in the early moring around 2am for stocking!

Surprisingly has parking for 10 trucks, they have a restaurant inside that closes at 3 p.m. however has very very good food

Always a good store to stop in the morning .. They serve breakfast and staff is always on point at register to get you out the door and on your way as fast as they can.

CHEAPEST GAS around... good food in restaurant.. EASY TRUCK PARKING and the nicest little red headed cashier 😉😘
