Marlie was very helpful and ppersonable. She explained our trade ins and future billing quickly and clearly. See Marlie for friendly customer care and a clear understanding of your device and service.

The staff is super friendly. They really need more help. I sat 2 hours to get me a new phone because they were busy. I know it's not their fault and I was in no hurry but I'm sure they have to put up with rude people because they don't have enough staff.

If I could give Tiffany 10 stars I totally would!!!! Even though we came in super late we didn't feel pressured. Tiffany is awesome.

Kenzie was very professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. She was swamped with customers that were getting new upgrades, she stayed calm and helped everyone in a timely manner. Very nice job for Kenzie! 😊

Natasha was amazing with helping us get a brand new plan, we are first time customers and we appreciate the help and understanding we received. AT&Ts quote blew Verizon’s quote out of the water, I’m talking hundreds of dollars difference.

Andrea has helped us tremendously the last 3 days that we’ve been in and out of the Palestine location. She is very kind and will answer any questions you have about upgrading or payments etc... You can tell she works hard, is very knowledgeable on the processes and wants to help everyone with all their tech needs!

Bruce helped us get a new phone, it was painless experience to say in the least. He was so helpful and explained everything and anything I asked. We were in and out In 30 min. I definitely recommend using this store, they are all professional, kind, and take their time!!!!
