Bath & Body Works

The new Bath and Body Works at White Oak is wonderful. It is very spacious, clean, and well organized. I love how they have body care in one room and candles and housewares in their own separate room. The Ladies and gentlemen of BBW were very knowledgeable of all products, friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had a very pleasurable shopping experience.

Bath and body works have new scents out for body care and candles. Great customer service and no long wait time to check out.

Love this place. The men selection smells delightful and they have a variety of scents. I just stocked up on my Bourbon lotion and shower gel. They had a special, each item for $5.50. I definitely took advantage of that. Get you some!

Friendly, helpful staff. Great sale going on, which is always nice. I purchased foaming soap dispensers. They are sturdier than the plastic bottles and look nice in our bathroom.

This store was bustling with shoppers but there was still plenty of room to walk around. The team of people working were so bubbly and friendly it became contagious! The sale is second to none and definitely worth taking advantage of. Pack your patience. The checkout lines moved very fast and I did not feel rushed. The next couple of days may be hectic if you go there but for the merchandise and prices it is worth the time and effort.

I really like the location. The employees know the scents are really friendly and love 💓to help the customer. I have gone other locations and yr not even acknowledged, Thank you. I have gone there several times and they don't disappoint. Keep up the great customer service!!!🙌🙌

Our experience was awesome! We were helped by Porscha! She greeted us shortly after we came in, offered us a bag and was very friendly. She respected our space and wasn't overbearing while we sniffed around for candles and some other body care products. When it was time to check out, she made sure we were really capitalizing on the deals presented by making sure we had the correct amounts to receive the deals. Definitely will be back to this store in particular!

I frequently go into this store and absolutely love the staff. They are very friendly and informative. I love that the staff treats me as a friend they've known me for years and challenging me to try new things by saying things like... " step out of your comfort zone"! I appreciate that so much because it's opened my mind to enjoy the options before me that I would have previously ignored.

I love this place! The only issue I ever have is that the store is extremely small and hard to maneuver around when it is busy. Between bumping into the displays and other people, it's almost unavoidable, which makes it less pleasant to visit.

Came to store on July 5 and was not busy. Crystal was so helpful. I found many new foaming soaps, hand sanitizer and hand lotions.... all were on sale! Store is nice, clean and sanitizer given to each customer as a quick cleaner before shopping.

One of the best shopping experiences I had in a while. I was greeted while walking in with smiles and help. One sales associate named Porscha was outstanding. She helped me pick the best candles In the store and gave me information about candle warmers and where to buy them. She even gave me information about store deals/ sales I didn’t even know about. She even made sure my price was right for the deal by reminding me to pick up a sanitizer to even out my total for the sale. I honestly wasn’t planning on buying anything until I was informed about the sales and treated so well by the wonderful staff. Thank you for making my night.

I love shopping at B&BW for their deals and this is the first time I've been to this paticular store. I was very impressed by the workers on the evening of 11/23/19 at this particular store. The workers were super friendly and helpful. This makes me want to come back more often! It was a big enough building to move around the store unlike mall spaces. This will definitely be my go to store from now on

I have to give a special shout out to Charlene! She gave an amazing customer experience. Shared recommendations on how best to make some smell good combos vibe together. She has a contagious, positive attitude that will have you wanting to come back over and over 💥💥💥💥. We came in on a incredible weekend deal so my bonus daughter got the most bang for her buck! She purchased the fragrance mist of Mimosa and Ginghum and I have to say I was like woooowwwww!!

Great store! Always has the scents I’m looking for. I like to stock up on wallflowers and candles when they are on sale and this is always the store that’s most convenient for me. Staff has always been nice and polite. Keep up the great customer service!

Customer service is always great! Went in when there was a clearance on wallflower refill bulbs & had mailer coupons to use. Though i went in at the end of the day, the usual selection of wallflower bulbs could be more extensive, considering all they have online. It'd be great if they sold the double packs in stores too.

Always love coming here for my favorite scents, the ladies here are always nice and helpful and always ask you what your there to find and I love that they have a bigger selection of the hand sanitizers.

Too many good scents. The candles are very fragrant. I stocked up on single and 3 wick candles during their sales. Peach Bellini, Mahogany Teakwood, Champagne Toast, Twisted Peppermint, White Gardenia, Black Cherry Merlot are some faves.
