Jane was fantastic she was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Verizon should do all they can to keep Jane happy. She is the type of employee that every employer would love to have.

Eric and Elijah were extremely helpful in getting my phone ordered and set up when it arrived. They were also very friendly and made the time seem to go by quickly as the new phone was set up. Thanks so much for what you do!!

So I came into the store and Dom the rep there was really awesome took time to help me after hours just to get me the help I needed it was a late night for him. So I came back the next day and there he was again to continue helping me I couldn’t have asked for a better service then what he had given me I’ll stay loyal to Verizon bc of him. Thank you Dom for everything you’ve done. My wife and I are so happy that you went out of your way to help us.!!!!

I recently upgraded my wife's phone from iPhone to Samsung (not trying to start an argument ;), and the staff here took excellent care of us! They were knowledgeable, considerate, personable, and didn't pressure me into things we didn't want. We ended up getting a great deal. Dom went above and beyond helping me get everything taken care of! I was so happy with the service I recommended a friend go chat with the team at this location and he did and he's switching as well!

This Verizon location is the Best!

I have been to many Verizon locations. Usually, you have to wait a long time to talk with someone, then you spend a long time trying to get your issues fixed. It is a pain. Not at this location! I was helped, right away. My issues were fixed and I was on my way! I was treated fabulous! I will recommend this store to everyone!

If all cell phone stores treated their customers, like, I was treated here, maybe more people would be happier with their cell phone companies!

Issac was awesome! He got us in and out in no time. He’s a very pleasant guy to work with. Highly recommended seeing him for a new phone!

Assistant Manager provided great service and was extremely knowledgeable. He fixed a problem (for free) with two iPhone 13 that had stumped 4 separate Apple Stores. He also saved us money on our monthly bill and increased our data allowance.

Sean & Sev were both incredible at assisting me as I switched from a lifelong Android user to a new Apple user. They thoroughly explained the whole process to me, any & all charges associated with my purchasing a new phone, helped find me the best deals, helped me upgrade my phone plan, & I even got a watch to accompany my new phone.
