I just want to say how much I appreciate this team. I have gotten Multiple items through here with ease. Yes the items are going to be more expensive because your financing, but they work with you, they try their hardest to make the process as easy and comfortable for you, and unlike Rent A Center they treat you like a real human being. I will always be a loyal customer here 5+ years and going. Outstanding service.

Rarely have I experienced such accommodation, great service, prompt delivery and caring by a retail store. These guys are pros, from the first phone call to the end of the delivery. After 40 years in the service industry, I am impressed!!!!

I moved to Silverdale from Houston about a year ago. I had to leave behind my bed because there was no room in the truck. After 3 months sleeping on a very uncomfortable couch and not having enough to buy a new bed, or the credit to go to another store, I went through Aaron's Bremerton. Yes I realize I am paying for this set two or three times over, but it's a good option for people who have limited resources. I did go through a period where I couldn't make the payment on time. A representative showed up at the door one day and I figured he was there to pick it up. Instead, he asked if I was ok. Since my payment history was perfect prior to that, he advised me to call the store and talk to Raul, he would gladly refinance or do anything to help me. Fortunately, my income changed and I was able to bring my balance current as well as change my monthly due date instead of refinancing. Great customer service. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Plus their prices are competitive if you can do the 120 day same as cash option.

My family has been going to this aarons store since 2004 when we got out very first house i was 13. they always worked with us and my parents we know everyone there on a first name basis and will never go to another store. me and my husband have been customers with them just the two of us since 2011 and i have never had an issue with them the staff is sweet and caring and understanding of your situation.

I bought a washer and dryer from aarons and they are awesome! A couple times I got into a little pinch for money and they made adjustments for me .I love them and my washer and dryer is almost paged off and now I'm going to get me a computer!! Thanx aarons!!
