El Balcon

Pupusas were so good, we had the pork and cheese option. The Salvadoran menu was limited but the flavours were incredible.

So, Kitsap County just opened 3 Chipotle locations in the last year, and they all suck! If you want a burrito go to El Balcon, hands down. Plus, you can get tortas and pupusas here, which you can't get at Chipotcoli.

El Balcon has always had amazing food. Now, it has amazing smash burgers options to add to your pupusa order!

I work nearby so come here frequently. I'm disappointed with the recent price and portion changes (up and down respectively), but I've never had a bad meal here so I'll continue to support them. Highly recommend the pupusas and carnitas in anything!

The woman that took my order was amazing. Customer service is probably one the absolute best I have experienced. The food was to die for. I got the A2 combo. Tacos were delicious and the chicken wasn't dry. The pupusa was awesome. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would. This is an absolute must if you're in the area. I know that I will be returning here anytime I'm in town!

I try tacos all over the place, these are the best I've had...Ammmazing! El Balcon is clean, staff is so friendly & the food is delicious, what an awesome lunch! I can't wait to go back and try other items....

SO GOOD. This place is just a hole in the wall, but there food is great. There's not really any good place to sit. So, don't go there for the atmosphere. They are relatively fast with the food. It's certainly authentic. Loved the meal very much. I will be back.

The El Bacon burrito is fantastic. It's enough for 2 meals; or one if you're hungry. Excellent service and atmosphere. Mild or smokey salsa. Get takeout here for the ferry ride

I was wanting pupusas for a long time now and I got them from this place. I loved the spinach and cheese and bean and cheese. The pork and cheese was pretty good. I was looking forward to the pork with beans and cheese but they ran out. The chipotle steak was filling and I could only eat half of it. I’m glad that they didn’t run out of the horchata too. Will probably call them next time to make sure they have the other food on the menu before I go there.

Great Salvadorian food! The pupusas and pastelitos are delicious! My favorite had to be the fried yucca and pork. I haven’t had some that tasty in such a long time.

The only thing disappointing about this place is I can never finish my burrito! They're HUGE but oh so very, VERY good!! Everytime we go it's a good experience!

Just found this little gem today. First, the people who run it are super friendly! We had never tried Salvadorian food before. We had the traditional pupusa with a couple street tacos. Let’s just say that I will CRAVE those pupusa! It’s like a masa fritter that has bean and cheese on the inside that you top with pickled cabbage and a light tomato sauce. So delicious and perfect on a chilly day! I also had the steak street tacos. Delicious does not describe how good they were! The steak was so tender! The lady recommended which salsa to top it with and she was spot in! This is now our spot for street food! Can’t wait to go back!

the staff were very friendly and the food was amazing! I got the combo with 2 spicy shrimp tacos and 2 cheese and bean pupusas 😋 Everything tasted great! 👍

This was our first time at El Balcon and it was delicious! The burritos are gigantic, enough for two meals and customer service was great! Go ahead a give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

You have got to try this place... our full party loved the food. Honestly not sure how I had not heard of them before. I totally ate my burrito before I had time to get a photo. 🤣 however I managed to get a menu pic. I had the veggie burrito and it was amazing, the green salsa was perfect and I could eat a bowl of the pickled cabbage salsa!

Hands down the best papusas and burritos in downtown Bremerton. Love the folks there, they are always super nice.

This is a great little shop for a quick lunch! Very friendly staff and excellent food. They have a few bar stools inside if you want to dine in and tables out on the sidewalk. Will return.
