I love these small convenience stores. You will spend a lot more money on items but the convenience makes it a wash. I go to quite a few 7-11 this particular one is set up nicely.

Great customer service and so convenient to pick up my last minute wine and snacks. Wished it was 24 hours but found out it has to close at night because of the city restrictions. Always a time saver when I’m on the go. Plus they deliver through the 7-Now app!!

Great staff, always friendly and quick with service at checkout. Coffee bar is always fully stocked and clean. If I had one complaint it would be that the store is often hot, especially in the morning when the sun is coming up.

I used to stop here everyday in the morning with my dad for years. It's gotten a few upgrades since then but the staff has always been friendly and the store is always clean.
