Great local hardware store! I often go here for ease of access and nice people - I don't have to park 2 miles away or need a search party to find help. If you need help, they are there, if you want to just dig through the aisles they stay out of your hair. And they pretty much have the basics of anything you need from a great plumbing aisle to grill parts.

Needed a specific furnace filter size... They had it at a good price. No one else in the area had it. Saved me having to order it and pay shipping.

This is fantastic hardware store. Very clean store and an Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. The big box stores are not even close when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend the Osprey location. As a business owner I truly appreciate their commitment to service.

If you are looking for a hardware store that is both knowledgeable in their craft and unbelievably kind, go to this Ace Hardware location. The assistant manager, Mariah, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a big smile and asked, "is there anything I can help you find"
I showed her a picture of a light fixture i needed a specific bulb for and without hesitating, she walked me over to the aisle, picked up the bulb, and then proceeded to answer all my random questions about lighting.
Mariah and her staff made my day by displaying true hospitality and genuine kindness. Thank you for loving what you do!

Absolutely blown away with the customer service here. I ordered a grill online and they delivered to my moms house for mothers day. Assembling a group of people with great communication skills and service is no small feat, touché. highly recommend this store to anyone.

This store and it's people we're a inspiration during the panic buying of hurricane Ian!! They got you what you asked for....Propane....Tarps .... Camping Coolers ...just to name a few and always answer the phone to answer your questions! Thank you for all of your help!!

Osprey's Ace Hardware staff goes far beyond the competitors by assisting acquisition of items. The new normal of random items' restocking challenges is overcome by their successful location & ordering any "unicorns" we find are necessary for sustaining the great Life we all share in this area of America, as it was & should be again. The location near P.V.S. makes for morning & afternoon school driving chores EZ PZ effortless shopping. Support this community asset with it's terrific inventory, great staff, and near the Publix!! 5*s for sure.

I have to add that the young men at this store r fantastic! David and Colton go beyond the traditional "store clerk" meaning they help customers so much is like in my young days lol when people were so good to each other! Kudos to your parents youngmen! They should b so proud of you! Keep up being the way u r will go far and have good people in your life! ;-) They are right on the corner! A couple blocks away. Prices reasonable and they have great help :-)

Needed help with an electrical purchase. Colton showed exemplary customer service. He showed me where the switches were in the store then asked about my issue. He advised me about the different switches. I just finished installing them and they work perfectly. Thanks, Colton.

Great place to find what u need on the fly. Cashier was extra helpful had a great name can't quite remember but encouraged me to sign up for a coupon program to save money.
