Harbor Freight Tools

Good staff but crazy busy that day which caused super slow check out. Staff did a great job multitasking with returns and new customers. Might want to open more than one lane when it gets that busy. Great sidewalk sale bargains during this visit.

I look for reasons to go to this Harbor Freight. It's always clean. Staff is usually friendly. There was only one time when staff was not very nice but, understandably, I heard some lady manager yelling at staff from the backroom. Other than that, I love this store and it's people.

Outstanding customer service. I walked in after a negative experience waiting for service at another hardware store closer to home. As soon as I arrived an employee was helping me and guiding me towards the correct aisle. I just needed batteries for my storm lantern and she not only got them but even opened the package and placed them inside the lantern for me. What a pleasure to get customer service like that. Kudos Harbor Tools.

I love Harbor Freight. It’s the spot if you’re looking for quality tools at an affordable price. Steer away from their consumable products like drill bits. Those are garbage, but pretty much everything else are great deals.

First if all I only really buy the icon tools, don't really bother with the other stuff, other than that the tools are great, friendly staff, no hassle buying experience. Come here often as they always have a deal on something I want or need.

Great place to buy your cheap tools. They also have amazing deals if you sign up for their program especially when they run the deals.

I visited to buy extension cords and was greeted warmly upon entry. Although I didn't get the name of the woman at the register, she was friendly and helpful, assisting with my questions and during checkout.

Went in to use a discount. The item was not on the floor but the employee checked and they had it in the warehouse. It was brought to us quickly. Great service, thank you!

I was told after buying 3 toolboxes online from Harbor Freight that they don't recognize the manufacturer. Nor do they sell those products. I found out I had been scammed from what they were telling me at Harbor Freight.

Spent too much $$ went in for 1 item came out with 6.....Lol..... Store really clean and friendly staff.

Toy store for men with a company who knows tools along with excellent help. They entered the pay to shop for discount culture. Interesting marketing angle. Found my item for one dollar more than BF sale.

I needed a few items for my portable garage. I checked out harbor freight on 1792 in casselberry and found exactly what I needed in a short amount of time. The store was busy but not overcrowded. I found what I needed and I have to check out it was a little slow but considering the volume of people and the time of year it was reasonable. The store was neat and clean with plenty of inventory we're just about anything you could need for a store of this type. I am an occasional harbor freight shopper and most times have found the products to be good and the selection to be very good for different items. I can recommend this store because of the way that the associates treat the customers. I can recommend this store!

Good place to find any tools you need at a great price

With coupons and their usual low prices you cannot go wrong. The tool quality is perfect for light duty home projects. I get tools I want without emptying my wallet. You need to look at their coupons closely for exclusions.

Staff is always willing to help and is very professional, with a good selection and a decent quality, especially if you are on budget.

Harbor Freight is Harbor Freight. What can you say? They tend to have what I need when I need it. Recently purchased a folding trailer to use for kayaks. Worked out great!

This was my first time ever walking into a Harbor Freight and I love it. The prices are great and the staff was very helpful.
