I've been with Boom Mobile coming up on 3 years this June. Great Company & Services, customer support is above top notch & I brig to all my friends & family and I've even convinced a few to move to Boom Mobile. I will continue to be a Boom Mobile customer and a supporter for as long as they're in business.

Boom Mobile has been great since I started using them for my phone service and I’ve used them for about 3.5 years now. I wish I would have discovered them sooner. They always have really quick customer service and I love that you don’t pay any hidden fees. The plan you want, states the monthly price, and that’s it! That’s all you pay. It was easy to make the switch from Verizon to Boom too (still using the Verizon network). They just sent me a new SIM card and I followed their instructions! Really simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend Boom Mobile if your type of phone is compatible with their plans. Cheers 🥂

I've been using Boom! Mobile for over four years and couldn't be happier. Their customer service is fantastic, quick, and always able to help me. Their website is easy to navigate. I'm not locked into a contract and there are no sneaky fees attached. They have the lowest prices I have been able to find. I live out of state now, and travel frequently, but the cell coverage and service are both so good that I have no reason to change.

I was looking for a more affordable cellular plan and after having a bad experience with Mint Sim' I gave Boom Mobile a shot. I've been their customer for over 2 years now and it's been awesome. I've never had any issues with call quality and their customer service is very responsive. If you're not a heavy data user and want an affordable month to month plan, give them a shot!

I love having boom mobile. I get the phone quality of Verizon but about $30 less a month! Their customer service has always been helpful as well! Great company if you want to not give up quality but want to save money monthly!

Been with Boom for over 4 years now. Never a problem. Great customer service if I need something, otherwise I just pay my bill online each month. No silly fees, $39.95 is what I pay every month. I've gotten one buddy to switch to Boom, everybody else likes paying $1200 for a phone and over $100/month for service. Completely satisfied with my Boom service.

I switched our family from Verizon to Boom about a year ago. I was somewhat hesitant to switch, but have never looked back. Boom! Mobile has been fantastic! We have cut our phone costs in half and it is easy to manage my account online, adding more data when needed. When I have questions, I can call and talk to a Real Person! I actually talked to the same person on two separate days and she remembered me from the previous time. Customer service is top notch, the phone service is the same as Verizon’s, and it is easy to adjust as needed. If you are on the fence about switching, go for it! You will be impressed.

Great customer service, affordable, great wireless signal! I have been with this service for about 4 years. After I was no longer on my parents family plan with Verizon, I quickly realized that I couldn't commit to paying their monthly rates and ridiculous contracts. I started out with metro PCS and I was sorely disappointed with their wireless connection with frequent dropped calls and areas of no service. (I believe back then they were using T-Mobile service). But after scouring the internet, I found, the humble and honest, Boom Mobile. I saw that they offered Verizon service and i was sold. For their price rates and various data plans, I couldn’t pass this up! Needless to say, I stayed with them since! I have always been pleased with their customer service and I could honestly say, I can see myself being with this company for life! Thanks Boom for the great service!

Boom has great prices, great service, and great coverage. Boom Mobile has been great for our family. It gives us great coverage and has made it affordable for our family to have 5 phones and 5 plans. Boom is just an overall good deal any way that you cut it. We recommend it to our friends and family members. Go Boom!

Boom Mobile has been the perfect plan for me and my daughter. We rarely have any difficulties with our telephone, but when we do, all we have to do is reach out to them and immediately they respond. It has been a really wonderful experience and I look forward to many more years with Boom Mobile. We are continuing to experience excellent service and continuing to enjoy Boom Mobile.

Boom Mobile is an excellent value. It has been reliable. Customer service is helpful and friendly. If you live in a rural area (like l do) where the only reliable coverage comes from the expensive carrier that starts with V, the Boom Mobile Red network is a cheaper alternative. I highly recommend Boom Mobile.

We love Boom Mobile! They offer reliable mobile service, at a fraction of the major service providers. We switched from Verizon to Boom, saved a ton of money, and never noticed any difference in service. The major mobile providers don't want consumers to know about MVNO's, but they are a secret worth talking about. We also were T-Mobile customers for awhile, and our calls were dropped all the time. T-Mobile didn't have service in areas they claimed they had service. Again, we never had that problem with Boom. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

Boom is awesome! Great customer service, no over-limit charges, upfront pricing, and a great service at a fraction of the cost of other providers. Plus they use those same networks and thus have the same reliability, quality, and coverage. You cannot go wrong with Boom, unless you like overpaying for the exact same service!

I've been with Boom! several years now. Their plans include various data and voice options that are simple to choose according to your use. You can switch plans or add data, which is nice while traveling. I shopped around for prices but could not find cheaper ones. The customer support team really is great. The few times I had had questions or problems, they always helped me out by chat. Highly recommend.

I have been using Boom Mobile over the Verizon network since fall of 2016. Customer service via email and phone was excellent when having an issue getting a new phone activated. -It's hard to imagine paying full Verizon prices for the same service.

I rarely leave feedback, but I've been extremely pleased with Boom Mobile for the last 3 years. They offer fantastic service across multiple "colors" of coverage and, in my opinion, is an incredible bang for your buck. Between the quick responses from customer service and the fact there are no hidden fees, it's a fantastic operation. Highly recommended!

Ive been a customer of Boom's for a few years now and I could not be happier. They cut my phone bill in half, I have the same network as I did before, and more data! It was super easy to switch from my old provider and they are incredibly easy to chat with if I even need any help. Best cell provider ever!

I've been using Boom for several years now. I'm happy with their service and prices. They are very responsive with any questions and problems I have, and their prices are extremely competitive, particularly for Verizon. The only thing I wish they had was a way to text a number to see how many minutes or data I have left for the month. I have to log into my account to see my usage.

My brother first told me about boom! Mobile because my sister-in-law's service is with boom! and I have been very satisfied with boom! mobile and would recommend them to anyone. Prices are excellent and customer service is very good and best of all IT'S IN THE UNITED STATES! Whenever I've needed to call customer service about my account the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful and I have had no problems, really, That's how I feel about boom! Thanks!
