AT&T Store

My experience at this store was much better than expected. Sarah, my AT&T rep was fantastic. The experience was very lighthearted and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and found different options which resulted in me not only get what I came in for, more hotspot data, but also a new phone, a new line, accessories, all for around what I’m paying currently. Excellent experience and highly recommended!

Jesse helped me with a replacement phone as my old one was damaged. He was polite and efficient. Had me in and out in 20 minutes. Also made sure I was aware of trade options and the sale on accessories. Made me valued as a customer. Came to this store after a horrible experience at the Port Orange Pavilion location. Manager Lindsey should take a cue from Jesse.

First time I went to this store. The rep found what I needed and ensured it was the correct accessory for my phone. I ended up getting one more accessory than I originally came in for, because the great customer service and good vibe I got from the all the reps in the store. You can tell that they all work together good. I will definitely come back to this store again when I need an accessory.

I have been with AT&T since the beginning of cell phones and done business with AT&T in CA, Nev.and now Fl. I can honestly say that “Sam” was the best representative That I have ever worked with. She immediately made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions without any sales pressure and provide me with options that were affordable .I recommended her to my friends and Now to anyone reading this.

Chanel was so helpful and got me upgraded easily and also helped me get a better deal on my phone bill very great service !

About 2 weeks ago, I had to go to an AT&T store due to a problem I was having with updating an E-sim card. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by the Store Manager, Sam, who proceeded to assist me with the problem I was having..

After a long 2 hours later, my problem I was having was finally fixed thanks to the patience and professionalism of Sam. If anyone needs to purchase any items from AT&T, this is the store and the person to deal with!

My experience was awesome! My phone was stolen and Sere helped me so much getting my new phone set up and activated. Somewhere down the line of getting my replacement device someone had black listed my old and new phone so Sere spent the time to help get it resolved, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. I highly recommend (:

Kizzy was FANTASTIC! SUPER HELPFUL! Helped me put my new screen protector on because I couldn't do it. NEVER EVER go to the repair store in Walmart on Beville road. They wouldn't help me put a simple screen protector on! They were more interested in making money. Kizzy saved my phone for free.

I was so against coming over to AT&T due to all the horrible stories I’ve heard from everyone I have to say my personal experience was absolutely 100% amazing they answered all my questions and assured me what my bill will be every month and also gave us 2 I phone 14 pro maxes and a regular I phone 14 and a new Samsung for my father in law with a phone bill for under 200.00! Unlimited everything! Huge shout out to Ryan manzo (district manager) and James two amazing AT&T employees thank you again!

Came into store After breaking my phone. Ryun Hooked me and my wife up with another phone with insurance this time. Cracked screen protector but threw out receipt, was going to be charged a second time but Ryun fixed the printer and called me back so I could get the receipt. Great guy. Great customer service every time I go in to see or call him. Highly recommend

Just had THE best experience at this Location with Ryun! Initially my husband and I called an AT&T store in Ormond asking for some guidance, they were interested in helping us or hearing about our concerns. So I called this AT&T and Ryun answered and was more than willing to listen and helpl!!!! Even though we couldn’t make it to the store until 15 min before they closed he encouraged us to come and was waiting when we got there. He stayed 2 and a half hours after his end of shift just to help us and get us all situated with my husbands business needs!!! He gave us discounts on accessories and found us an amazing deal on adding service to one of our devices. He even checked on us after we left to make sure everything was working ok!!! 10++++ on customer service will only be going here for any future needs!!!! Thanks Ryun!!!!

The young man Ryun stayed past closing and helped me reset my refurbished iPhone 6 and transfer all my old phone content well after closing. I can’t thank this young man enough! Saved me a ton of headaches and heart ache from not being able to keep loved ones phone numbers and all the photographs I’ve gathered over the years. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely be back and will refer all my friends to this store!

I have been a costumer of AT&T for probably 15+ years and have never switched. The salesman Ryun was by far the best person I’ve ever dealt with at AT&T. He solved a small issue I’ve had with my account for years and wound up saving me a small fortune. I highly recommend this young man. He won’t rush you and he’ll look out for your best interest. AT&T should really hire more people like him.

My Elderly mom and I went in for her to get a new phone and had a great experience. I hate to say it, but I don’t feel like AT&T usually provides a great experience, but this store did. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted...they don’t let you stand there forever before someone makes eye contact. You’re greeted and then helped as soon as they can. Everyone I’ve come across there was very knowledgeable as well. They all seemed to go above and beyond(we were helped by 3 different people on separate occasions). David, the manager, ultimately ended up helping us get a new phone for my mom. He was very friendly, patient and informative. My mom is very old and doesn’t understand smart phones/internet well. She is also severely hard of hearing and David was a saint with her on both fronts. I know some att stores might be closer to go to, but I’d go the extra mile for the help and service we received here. Thanks everyone!!
