I recently used a nation wide lawn care business for fertilizing my grass being new to centipede lawns after moving here from New England. The last application they did was early may 2023 but days later my lawn went from green to large brown patches and yellowing grass. The area supervisor responded and acknowledged the tech used too much iron that caused the grass to brown and burn. I dropped the company and had a soil sample sent to Clemson university. The result was a very high PH of 7.8 and other nutrients were very low. I brought the results print out to the staff at Vereens Turf center and they quickly provided me with the items I needed to neutralize the high ph and then help root development for a healthy lawn The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable and will be my go to choice from now on for lawn and garden needs

Have a great fertilizer program for your lawn. I'm new to South Carolina region and I was looking for a place to purchase fertilizer other than your local big box stores. Thank goodness I found Vereen's, their fertilizers are the best. In less than 2yrs my lawn is fully established, and my tree's and shrubs have more than tripled in size, they look like they've been established for years. My plants love their all purpose fertilizer 13-13-13. Top grade fertilizer!!

Oh my! If you're wondering what to do for lawn, bugs, plants go here! Amazing staff with broad knowledge and helpful ways. Super selection of unusual and regular ag-ware stuff...better shovels, takes etc than big box stores. Ok pricing for local merchant... Great fertilizer brand too.

Its priced a bit higher then Tractor Supply or Conway feed store, but convenient if you live closer to it.The lady who works there is really nice.I got a bunch of free samples of dog food.
