Hi I will love to take a second and thank everyone working in CVS for always making me feel like family always welcoming and ready to help with anything I need . Is awesome going there to pick up your medication and buy last minute things from food to detergent to schools supply , Holliday decorations you named. The pharmacy team members are great they are always very kind ,helpful and knowledgeable willing to answer any questions I may have to help me get better soon . I haven't had the bad experiences as others had. I actually had quite the opposite. The first time I went My child needed a medicine and it was out at another location. This location not only transferred the prescription but they filled it within the hour of transferring it. I went around 11pm and picked up by 11:05 the day I went.
This is going to be my 3rd time going and so far so good.

I love this CVS! Good sales and if I ever have an issue at pharmacy, it gets resolved promptly! I've received a phone call from them actually asking how I was doing with my medications, which was honestly shocking, and made me feel even more comfortable with them handling along my care and wellness during these times! Thank you CVS y mas!

I just left the store (9/15/21) and they were very quick to fill my prescriptions for my sinus infection. From the time I left the doctor I think it only took half an hour for them to fill both prescriptions. I called 1x and the lady already answered and informed me it was ready. When I got there I asked the pharmacist for help identifying another item the doctor recommended and I received help right away. When I picked up the prescription there was a line, but I probably only waited 5mins and then I got my prescriptions without any issues.
I’ve been living in this area for 21yrs and I’ve always liked this pharmacy. There have been some hiccups in the past but today I had good experience.

Manager is a great guy, very helpful. Sometimes the service is slow but everyone is very helpful. The pharmacy is very helpful with medical advice, I've never used them for pills. The photos are slower than an hour if you order online, but they're instant if you use the kiosk in the store.

I was so happy with my experience here. While on vacation my son got sick and we had to call out at home doctor to have him call in something. We searched for a 24 hr pharmacy and got directions to this one. I was stressed as we drove 40 minutes to get there. The Pharmacist was so nice and when they realized I was traveling did everything they could to help me, even letting me borrow a phone charger since I didn't have a lot of charge on my phone. As soon as the doctor called a prescription in they had it filled. While being there I thought, "I wish my pharmacy at home was this great". Thank you to all at CVS Pharmacy for making a bad situation a little better for me.

Dear Coraliz i just want to say thank you for your amazing customer service i have been shopping in this cvs for more then 10 years and i have never been told about the care rewards and all the amazing rewards cvs carr cards have till today. Thanks to you i will be shopping at cvs more then usual!!! You literly changed my entire perspective of cvs. You guys have a golden employee here. Super great full for you. Recently relocated to Orlando and I've only had positive experiences at this CVS. EMPLOYEES very helpful & respectful. I think everybody shouldn't call about rx's. If they are to be ready just go to store.
MY experiences have been nothing but positive! Thanks CVS!

Great customer service friendly team members

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They helped my mother find an alternative option to get the medication she needed at a lower price at another pharmacy. They went above and beyond my expectations.

This place is horribly understaffed as well s who they do have staffed are entirely rude l. They fail to realize the people they are dealing with are patients as well as are there for a reason not for fun! Just a suggestion the techs shouldn’t have air pods on while trying to assist PATIENTS!

Pharmacy Carlos did a great job at filling in my prescription.
