Big Lots

Emanuel far exceeded expectations I had today. While he multi task between guest not once did I feel I was not the priority. Although the items I wanted were not at another store an offer online was made however he did find them at another location within driving distance. I had a Disney World Publix experience in Big Lots today. I did share with Dave and Ray

I love big lots because it was right across the street from the daysinn hotel and it has everything that we need.

Visited the store last week and All the three employees at the store were so nice and friendly. This store is nicely organized. The ones that I bought were on sale and I’m very happy with the purchase 👍

It's ok depending on what your looking for. We didn't find what we were looking for today.

Always find something here and then always a little extra

Purchased a Broyhill 62" Shiplap Fireplace. Must say I am very impressed with the product. Very good construction. Easy to assemble. Took us less than an hour to assemble. (2 people) . I had the product delivered because the box is massive about 9feet long. Delivery service was great 5 stars to them as well. The fireplace can be used without heat and has multiple light level functions. I do advise to make sure it is secured to the wall. Mounting bracket is included. Have fun

This store has it all and is affordable.

Just got finish purchasing a patio set.. not only did I get a great deal but OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I even signed up for rewards!!! I was helped by Dennis.
He was not letting me leave with out making sure he double checked all around for the products I wanted. He was willing to call other stores. He even loaded my car with the new patio set I ended up purchasing. I am super appreciative to Dennis and the staff at the east Colonial store... highly recommend!!!

We visited on Memorial Day and interacted with three different employees, each very nice and helpful. I hope Big Lots knows how to retain workers like these.

They have solid quality goods at reasonable prices. Far less crowded than the big blue store down the road. There are even friendly employees ready to assist you and ring you out. (I refuse to do self check out anywhere!)

I like coming to Big Lots. Their customer service is great. They look you in the eye when communicating with customers. A rarity nowadays.

This store is addicting high levels and the people at work there are even better

Love the 20% off sales, we stock up and save a lot on things we use frequently. The sales associates are so great and helpful always! Special kudos to Jennifer, Kathleen and Joel...you are the best.

Great service when I went to buy the furniture. The quality is according to what you are willing to pay. It looks good but not the best quality furniture. They do have good quality furniture as well but it all depends on what you want to spend. I wanted to something inexpensive that looks good and that's what I got.

They are so nice there and Joshua was the last year one of many and he is outstanding. I found everything I needed and and stuff that I didn't need I bought. The prices are great the people are awesome and the store is very clean
