Seriously understaff! Only one staff in panic mode and kick us out to make us waiting too long.

Bad attitude. Not in an angry way however; more like the " I'm barely going to register that you're talking to me, and I'm definitely not going to anything about you're problem" kind of way.

On this particular day, we had very little money. After moving an a*s-ton of heavy stuff, we decided to stop in a Circle K and purchase a 2-liter of Diet Dew.
Ha ha ha ha! it starts raining and we're getting wet fast-walking to the truck and its fun and we have Dew and our big thirst is about to be quenched....wrong...take a drink...eeeewwww....it tastes like some chemicals, like something flat and gross off the bottom of an industrial garbage can.

Back in we go to talk to (or try to talk to) TIM.
This is really a review of a particular worker - Tim - but I guess by extension, it is a review of those who keep him employed. It's a review of someone who seemed to have absolutely no zest, no animation, no care in the world for another human or two standing near him. It is a review of a person who seems to, in a very toned-down and matter-of-fact way, love the power he holds over others. In this case others were two customers - my girlfriend and I. That power was not only held over us, but was also held over our finances. See, we asked to be able to return the mostly filled bottle and also another full bottle (why would we want either one) - both bottles were about to expire in a few days (see pics - I believe it was Aug 15th - remember today was the 11th). We wanted to return it because why? You are all correct - it tasted like the bottom of an industrial garbage can. The labels were even all faded from sitting in the front window sun (see pics). And what nefarious reason would we possibly have to return an item we normally use on a daily basis? Tim, maybe it was actually bad.

Return? hell no. TIM. The item is obviously bad.. so please Tim can we return it?? no.. a blockade named TIM. Tim said no and that was that. His reasoning for this autocratic ruling was that it wasn't past the date printed on the bottle. And that was a wordy version of what was said.

To Tim: by withholding an acceptable return from us, you assured Circle K of two (more?) customers that will vehemently refuse to ever return and spend money. eeverrrr.

Thanks Tim, for taking our last few dollars by not allowing us peasants a simple return of bad merch.

Stopped in as usual around 6am for a soda. My son, who's visiting from out of town rode with me. He was really sleepy as are a lot of people at that hour so he wasn't wearing shoes. He only came in to use the bathroom. While I was getting my drink he stood by the bathroom door as it wouldn't open. Neither of knew you needed a key. The extremely rude lady working yelled at him that he couldn't stand over there. "If you want the bathroom you have to come get the key." He walked to the counter and said, "you don't have to be so rude, I didn't know." Then she saw he didn't have on shoes and told him he had to get out of the store. Why be so rude when someone half awake just came in to use the bathroom. After that would have spent money. Terrible service there. Will never go back.

It clearly says two for five yet I'm charged $3 each and somehow attemptedly charged some beer that I didn't buy because she didn't know how to delete it out, then I get in line to try to fix it and she starts screaming all my credit card machine don't work in credit card machine don't work Knowing that the lines going to be held up and I ain't got time. You're right I don't have time, to be wasting my money on people that don't know how to do their job. I'll run out of gas before I get gas here again.
