The clothes are nice and affordable but the quality sucks!!. I purchased a pair of jeans in november and by december the knee part ripped further (it was fine thankfully it was distressed pants) and now in January i sit down the entire back part of. My pant are ripped open!!! So i went and purchased some leggings thinking maybe i got a bad pair of pants and NOPE. My first time wearing the legginga they are ripped in 2 places lol... This is crazy

Honestly never felt so disrespected by any employee before. I work retail I know it’s busy during the holidays but the manger and another worker were really rude to me. I don’t ever write reviews this is my first time doing it. I wasnt going to do it at first but I’ve never been so bothered. So I went into this store a few weeks ago looking for an outfit took me all day to find the right outfit. Finally I found the perfect one. But sadly they didn’t have my size but the mannequin was wearing my Size my friend asked the cashier for it. She flat out said NO! I was confused because it was a skirt nothing big something a person can take off by lifting the skirt over. So I come out the changing room. Asked again she said no that I have to wait for Sunday for me to have it. I work two jobs that was my only day off. So I asked for the manger who was also just as mean didn’t come she was like what. I explain the situation she said. I have to pay for it first. As if I wasn’t gonna pay for it. I was so offended. She ripped off the tag. Gave it to me. I was so furious!!! I couldn’t even finish my shopping. I just wanted to go home at that point. Like I loved this place I shop here all the time almost all my outfits are from the store. Mind you there were like 5 naked mannequin . So it wasn’t like this would of been the only mannequin without clothes on. It also took her not even a minute to take the skirt off and replace it with another. Plus the store wasn’t even packed!!! Maybe I’ll be understand if it was busy and no one can help at that moment. But there was maybe 4 other people in the store. So I don’t understand why they had to be mean and rude.

I wish I could give this store a 0. The customer service is horrible, the manager is disrespectful. I noticed that the manager was arguing with a few ladies because of a gift card. The manager accused the girl of stealing the gift card and she later realized the girl was telling the truth. She did not apologize. I am truly disgusted.. I dropped everything and left. I don’t recommend this store at all

We went shopping here today January18 2019
and there were 2 ladies associates and not sure if the guy was an associate. My daughter tried clothes on and she had 2 too many and the ladies ripped them out of her hand. Nobody told her how many she could take in but the associate came in the fitting room and did that to my 16 year old daughter. Noones talked to us except that moment she ripped the clothes out of my daughter's hands saying you can only bring in 5.. We waited quite awhile to cash out. Noone would cash us out. We ended leaving and putting the shirt back that we were going to buy. Customer service was the worst I ever see. We will never shop this store again.

Always shopped at this store always loved their clothing then they moved the location not sure if they got new owners as well, but the ladies were so rude my friend wanted to purchase something and the last one was on the Manikin and the lady refused to sell the item, the manager was finally involved and she said if she took it off my friend must buy it which she wanted to she then proceeded to rip the ticket off the item - as if we weren’t going to pay I’m it shock by how rude they were smh 🤦🏻‍♀

IF I CAN DO NO STARS I WOULD ! THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE NO HELP , ITS LIKE WHEN THE HOLIDAYS COME AROUND THE DONT WANT CUSTOMERS! THEY WERE TOO BUSY IN THERE PERSONAL CONVOS . THE MANAGER ON DUTY NAMED " MARIA" WAS EVEN MORE RUDE!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ! I WONT BE TAKEN MY FAMILY BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

That's for the first time I feel so disrespected, we were checking out with a giftcard and it was not working at first, the manager, a spanish lady came straight to us and said"MY gift card was for someone else, and they forgot it in the fitting room, I couldn't be more upset, she keeps arguing with us, than the person who left the card called and confirm the card wasn't hers, the manager did not even apologize, I hope someone could talk to her please
