This is not a full size Circle K and the customer service needs some training on how to respect their customers.

I wish I could leave a zero. The manager I believe was named Luis was extremely rude. I prepaid for gas inside the store & went to go pump but the pump was not working so I had to hang the pump back up & go instead to let them know & he was extremely rude about the situation instead of telling me if I hang up the pump the transaction would cancel he told me that I did not pay 18$ hands me a receipt & tells me to call my bank and walks away . he could have just simply told me it canceled after I hung the pump up. I got upset because I felt like I was treated very poorly & asked him for an hr number or someone higher than him or a complaint line or an email to reach out to & he refused to provide me any information he said he was not allowed to give me anyones personal number as I was not asking for anyones personal number I was asking who can I contact that was either higher than him or a complaint line & he said no one that he was the store manager so I walked out . He needs to have better customer service especially if he’s a store manager, you don’t treat customers that way for one & for two they should have some kind of complaint line number to hand out incase of a situation like this occurs. I will not be coming back to this location & it’s sad because I love circle k.

I should have read the reviews first. Like another reviewer, I purchased the car wash, got in and the machine stopped working while my car was covered in soap. Unlike the reviewer from two years ago, I received no refund and was just told the car wash had "just been fixed" and that the individual had a "store full of customers" and didn't know what they could do to help me. I'd like to think this review would be the start of some change at the establishment but if this has been a problem for two years I don't see why one more angry review will be enough.

Tl;dr Avoid the car wash if you value your time, money, car, and sanity.

Went inside to prepay for gas. Female worker behind the register was on the phone the ENTIRE time. Customers were attempting to pay, she had to ask over and over again, because...SHE IS ON THE PHONE. It was my turn to prepay for my gas, and I approached. I hadn't even opened my mouth and she proceeds to give me a money total, that was not mine. Seriously?! I had to tell her 3 times, I was prepaying for gas. A gentleman walked in asking for a receipt for a pump. She told him she didn't have any. None. I made sure to check my bank statement asap.

Anyone going to get air or use the vacuum should take caution. There is a very sharp piece of metal sticking up out of the ground and if your not looking straight Down there is a high chance you will step on it as I did and slice your foot open. Then you will need to go to the Dr's or emergency room to get a tetanus shot in hopes that you don't get tetanus, and infection or worse. This really needs to be addressed and taken care of it's very unsafe. What if a kid gets hurt or someone falls on it? It will cause some serious damage. I also have pictures and was trying to post them but this review wouldn't allow me too.

Gave manager my winning scratch off. Asked for 2 items feom behind counter. Because I stepped away to check to other tickets, he waivwd me off to another customer and told the gentleman to come on. I worked for Circle K. Unacceptable as customer service. I won't mention my race, the manager's, nor the other customer. Circle K lost $20 sale due to poor customer service. Never again at this location.

Sitting here in the car wash and paid $18 to have it stop working with soap all over my car. I called the store to be told it will be 10 min before she can come out because they are busy. Still waiting, it’s been 20 min so far. I just got a refund from the female older lady attendant. She gave me a 17.04 refund for 18.00 purchase because she didn’t have the key? a WTH is going on with this store. I will dispute with my card.

Older gentleman working behind the counter refused to sell tobacco products after I showed a valid Florida ID, was extremely rude and very aggressive. He also became hostile toward my fiancée, to the point where she felt uncomfortable. I used to come here every day for drinks, gas and tobacco, but I won’t ever bring my business here again.

Store is dirty. 2 decent employees. Carol and Kelly. Young ones on their phones while waiting on customers. No smiles or greetings from young people. Night crew useless.

The fat lady that be there sometimes closes the store for no reason . Everyone that goes there a lot just leaves when she there. She does not do her job and just sits in the back of the store . Leaves the store closed.

Customer service is the worst and they’re very unhappy in there. Manager is really mean and snobby

Shows you your shell rewards but no way to select to use them on their screens. Really annoying.

Employee Maher not wearing mask properly and allowed a customer to enter without mask. Do better.
