Absolutely great service, my daughter needed a prescription. I was not with her, I was able to call them and took all the insurance info over the phone. Then sent me a link via text so I could pay the co-pay. She was able to get her meds and I didn’t need to go in person. Thank you WS team for helping out a dad and his daughter!

This pharmacy is open 24 hours which is so needed for our area. I was able to quickly fill a prescription after hours. Store is clean and up to date and the pharmacist was very helpful and answered every question.

With everything they have to deal with considering they are a 24 hr location, I'm surprised they're able to get everything done and at a relatively good time. I've never had a problem with any of the services here, including picking up my medications. The staff here are always so kind and patient, and genuinely try to help you. I would say give these guys a shot. I know they have treated me well.

Very busy but quick and courteous considering they are open 24 hours. I had to fill a script late on a Sunday night and this was the only pharmacy open. I was told at another large chain pharmacy that my insurance wouldn't cover my scripts so I therefore expected to pay out of pocket. The pharmacist at this location said "It's possible your insurance won't cover this" but then he actually attempted to run it and, surprise, it worked. The other pharmacy simply looked at my insurance card and told me "no" without making any attempt to verify whether they were correct. I'm looking forward to using this location as my home pharmacy.

I frequent this store very often. It’s the closest to my home so convenient! I would say that almost all of my experiences have been good to great. There have been some occasions where the pharmacy is swamped and the line is ridiculous. However, they do the best they can with what they have. Today I called to have a prescription transferred from an out of state CVS location to this location and the person in the phone was very kind, and expedited my request without me even asking. She was confident and knew what she was doing!
I appreciate employees like this. Thank you !

I love the pharmacy staff, especially the pharmacist that came over from Howell Branch. He was very helpful, and always was. Howell branch is closed and another CVS is closing and Winter Springs and this will overload the workers. They are doling out prescriptions and need to not make mistakes and be safe please consider appropriate staffing and keeping your stores and customers safe! This has been my pharmacy since we moved here over 30 years ago, my go to pharmacy. Today had to go to urgent care and I was sure it would be at least 2 days before it was ready so went into Publix across the street. Asked if I would like to wait and it was ready in 15 min! OMG, I've been in this CVS where the phones you can hear 5, 6 calls waiting and no one even blinks. These folks need some more help definitely.

I’m giving a five star to the CVS Manager Joey, he stepped up and took care of me.. A TRUE LEADER unlike the pharmacy dept in the back that has none.

I’m giving the pharmace department in the back a one star. No sense throwing the entire store under the bus for a staff as egotistical, rude, liars and obnoxious non-caring pharmacist staff that is back there.

Bottom line just go to Publix across the street to get your pharmacy needs. Just read the reviews.. it speaks for itself.

Diane was really professional and helped gather items for me and even helped putting them into my cart for me. The other lady was vacuuming the entire store and doing a great job as well. Both women were doing their jobs well and the customer service was totally on par! 💪🏻🔥👍🏻 I would definitely come back. Keep up the good work on the night shift ladies and God Bless!

Had many options for what I was looking for. CVS brands priced to save you alot of money.

After a trip to Urgent Care in the middle of the night with my son, Cary, the pharmacist, honestly brought me to grateful tears with his care and compassion. He went above and beyond, made at least two phone calls to the provider to find a alternative medication, and was able to point me to an additional over the counter product which made ALL the difference for my son's pain. I am a relieved and thankful Mom. CVS has a God-send in Mr. Cary.

This store did a great job getting me my prescription, when another one closed at 5pm.

Placing an order online and being ready in less than 30 minutes…priceless

I was short some money for my prescription and the technician helped me to get the rest. Super nice thing to do. I didnt even know what to say. I wish I asked her name to share w you but the staff here made me feel like they care.

Today I filled a prescription at the CVS on the corner of Red Bug Lake Rd. and Tuskawilla Rd. in Winter Springs, FL and I was absolutely delighted to see the diversity of employees at this store location. Thank you for hiring individuals that truly represent the makeup of America - black, white, brown, Muslim, women, men, young and old. I was beaming while my prescription was being filled at the thought of how everyone can feel safe and included in your store. Representation matters and it is clear this store understands that, so thank you from an appreciative shopper. P.S: The customer service was great too!

Thank you CVS for the great staff you put there. They always want to help. when the dr would say they send the proscription and they don’t CVS calls them and sends them fax’s till they do. They always try to give me the best prices and make sure the insurance would pay for it.

Excellent Parmacist assistance! Needed medication asap for an infection and other advertised 24 hour pharmacies were closed. She came to the rescue. I am so appreciative....She RoCks!
