Love these guys! The employees are always very nice and helpful. I've been going to this place for at least 10 years now and they've probably been there much longer. They have another location in Sanford with a great electronics mechanic, but this location is still my favorite. Their stock is always rotating so if they don't have what you want now they probably will have it in the future. You can give them your number and a wish list and they'll call you when it comes in. They have games for just about every popular console ever made in the US. Did you know they sell brand new games for the latest systems for less than the corporate competition?! So if you're looking for a game that just came out there is abailutely no reason why you shouldn't check them first. They also sell various unique imports and merchandise, like posters, models, plushies, etc. New or used they should be near the top of your list when shopping for anything console gaming related.

I will definitely be a returning customer. I drove from the other side of town when I saw they had SMB: Wonder early and decided to support a local shop. The shop is clean, the prices were more than reasonable and the 2 guys working at the moment were friendly (wish I had caught their names). I ended up buying a Nintendo DS game also that I’ve been struggling to find in a good condition.

Excellent service and offered a very fair value on my rare yugioh game trade. I was also able to add a Zelda piece to my collection and they even adjusted the price to match the current market value. Highly recommend!

Was looking for some Gameboy Color games which they had on display. Love the layout of the store. So easy to find what I wanted. They have a lifetime warranty on their game which is awesome! They also have a service to change the battery on some old Gameboy Color games I have at home. Great service! Fun store.

Came in to sell some of my old games and systems that I no longer play. They took time going through everything, answered all my questions and were very nice. I’d recommend calling ahead or messaging them on Facebook if you have large quantities of stuff you’re looking to part with to make it easier for them to sort through. I only had today as I’m moving and am grateful they were able to accommodate me on such short notice.

Was able to talk to the fellas behind the counter about game boy colors, their pricing, how often they get them in and sell them, how many they had in stock, among other things, all in detail. Felt welcome and when I chose a game boy color they cleaned it for me right there before buying it. Fantastic experience.

Awesome store, been here a couple of times now and it's always worth it. To no fault of there own there a bit far if you live in Kissimmee but just makes it more worth while when you get there and find something nostalgic. Buy two get one deal is always worth it to.

Clean and well stocked. I definitely like that the staff doesn't bother you and just lets you browse but will drop everything to help you as soon as you ask. They always have something to get and the prices are comparable to online. Shop local!

All of the workers are chill and Gian is very appreciated for helping me out with my issue even without a receipt. Hopefully they get more ps2/gamecube games because I'll definitely keep coming back.

To me personally me and my girlfriend have had a wonderful time here! I get it everyone works but we were acknowledged and attended! so 5 stars for that! and they were all so helpful and asked if I had any questions for any item within the store which I did of course and they helped me out with that so I appreciate them alot for that! But I enjoyed cybertron would 100% comeback just to shop for fun! even picked up a Toon Link Amiibo just for my zelda collection!

Chill environment. Lots of variety on old and new games. Trade in values are fair and pricing is per market value. Will continue doing business.

Words can't Describe how much i love this store. i found this store last month and i live about a hour away but i drive here every 3 days just to see their new games that come in and make some new purchases. the owner of that store is extremely friendly and everything is fairly priced. i have gotten countless items from this store and have had a blast playing and using them all. physical media is something i love and something that seems to be going away so this store is truly amazing. they also offer warranty for everything and show they care about the customers. one suggestion i do have is that i think they should have a selection of movies as well. I personally think it'd be pretty cool to see at least 1 shelf of movies. even if their just based off of video games. I'm from Kissimmee but i make the drive happily all the time to this store.

Hands down my favorite videogame store. I have frequented this location for several years now and always recommend it to all my friends looking for local store. They have an incredible selection of games for every console you can think of, they've got games I didn't even know existed. They get new trades in all the time and post big collections to their social media so you know when new stuff is in. Staff is incredible, they all love games and are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help, very awesome and friendly people working there.

This is the go to spot for anything video game related. I am a huge fan of very niche games and my collection is almost complete because of Cybertron. Where else can you go and find a sealed copy of a 3ds game that came out over 5 years ago and walk out with it the same day? Highly recommend

My favorite retro game store in the Orlando area. Prices are around price-charting value and about equal (and sometimes less than) buy-it-now prices on Ebay. Well worth it considering you can assess the condition yourself, don't have to worry about it being a repro (repro items are clearly labeled), and can rest easy knowing they'll accept a return if you have any issues. They always seem to have interesting/rare items in stock... I find myself making excuses to visit often :)

EDIT: just wanted to add their prices are cheaper than the other stores in area I've visited.

This location has a friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to go the extra mile to fit your gaming needs. The inventory ranges from the latest releases to the obscure and rare. You can find what you want here! I recommend this store to everyone that enjoys collecting and to those who just want to play!

Great little place, loads of games. If you are looking for a game they likely have it.
