WANDA MARTINEZ WAS AWESOME! Finally an AT&T Representative who was professional and knowledgeable demonstrating care and concern. Oh AND SHE LISTENED! After weeks of trying to resolve a non-ringing issue, I sought assistance from my AT&T store. I told the initial rep my phone wasn’t ringing and attempted to explain steps I’ve taken to resolve. He immediately cuts me off saying he can’t just give me a new phone. I let him know I knew that and have insurance. Then I asked if he was willing to let me tell my story and he said yes. He asked if I wanted to trade or replace. When I said replace directed me to a tablet stating I’d could do that myself. He didn’t even ATTEMPT to ask me for my ID or look up my account. I had to ASK him to look up my account. Then he proceeds to ask me FOR A 3RD time if my phone rings. I told him don’t ask me that again because it’s been asked and answered. He says I’m trying to help you out. You came in here saying your phone doesn’t ring. I told him I want another rep. Is someone else available? He said without looking at me but NOW looking at my account they’re all on break. He stands saying I’ll get you someone else. In SWOOPS WANDA MARTINEZ WHO ACTUALLY LISTENED! Imagine that. I asked her to please don’t ask me if my phone rings and that he’d asked me 3x. She confirmed active armour wasn’t on my phone. Then went into my account ON HER TABLET, clicked and few buttons and BOOM my phone rings! What was the issue? I deleted active armour but she needed to turn it off in their system since it sometimes glitches. Her peer was so hell bent on sending me to the tablet and asking me 4x if my phone rings, he missed an opportunity for an easy fix. But not WANDA MARTINEZ! She swept in with an “S” on her chest, listened to my concerns and didn’t focus on my frustrations. She calmly resolved my issues, did 2 test calls and explained the issue. I left with a smile. I have WANDA MARTINEZ my thanks then and now I’m giving her a much deserved shoutout! KUDOS FOR BEING THAT ONE WHO DEMONSTRATES CARE AND CONCERN! #beastmode

One of the agents named Jally was so helpful. She was very kind and patient at explaining things and offered many suggestions that were very helpful. I left the store with a smile on my face, because I now know more about the Samsung Galaxy phone and watch and how they work. Jally was very engaging and delightful to work with. She will certainly be the agent that I want to help me the next time I visit!

I have been with AT&T for 30 years. After having a horrible experience at the Milennia AT&T store attempting to purchase a new IPhone I went to the Winter Park store. Luis Gonzalez, at the Winter Park store was a welcome and refreshing experience- we bought the phone and all new accessories - he set it up-all I had to do when I got home was fill in my information. It was more than I expected and I will go there, to the Winter Park store and to Luis again for STELLAR SERVICE.

I had the pleasure of working with Ance. He was awesome to work with. Answered all my questions and was very easy going. Wasn't pushy with what phone I should get. I had a great experience and if I am in Florida again I will be coming back for any phone troubles.

The store rep, Abe, was absolutely wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He did everything in his power to help us quickly and efficiently. He was amazing at keeping our little ones entertained on the tv and extremely kind and knowledgeable. His manager, Jay, was extremely helpful as well and gave her input when needed.

I was dreading a visit to activate my new phone today but, as it turned out, it was a very good experience. I was immediately greeted by Scott who was a pleasure, knowledgable and helped me get everything done very quickly. While I was there, I noticed a woman in the parking lot struggling with a flat tire. When I mentioned it, one of the other employees, Mike went out to assist her in getting the old tire off and the new one on. Great service all around!

Anthony was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. No issues whatsoever, answered any question we had but we honestly did not have many because he had all the answers and dealt with any hiccups easily. Very impressed and grateful.

We visited the AT&T store and the repersentative who helped us was Rita Pagan. Rita went out of her way to answer all of our questions. She never had to leave us to get an answer. She was pleasant, courteous, and respectful. Rita explained everything about our new phones, and choose the plan that was best for us. She made us feel welcome and was going to make sure that everything that we needed was going to be taken care of. I can not say enough about how helpful she was. I have never had a better experience.

I happened to go into this att store after another att store made a huge mess for a family member of mine, and I felt so bad that another store had to help me clean up someone else’s mess.. Edon helped me and looked into everything I said without a problem, he was very helpful and did everything he could before referring me to come back and see the manager Marcus and let me just tell you Marcus was able to help me take care of what I had been trying to get done for at least a month, I really feel like they went above and beyond to do whatever they could to help me, even though the issue came from a completely different store they were happy to help me as a customer regardless. I would recommend if you need something from Att you visit this store and get it done correct the first time!! Thank you again !!!

My wife and I had a smooth, fast upgrade to both our phones thanks to Wilbington. He was knowledgeable and helped us get our new phones with no hassle at all, which is rare for an ATT storefront visit. Lol. He even realized a more efficient way for our insurance on the phones that would save us $$$ each month. Pretty awesome.

I walked into the store in shambles five minutes before close after having both of my phones stolen and they made sure i was taken care of. John and another employee named John helped me file my claim and even did a lot of the work for me when they could've easily sent me home to send forms on my own. They were happy to help and kept me in good spirits after losing my phones.

I was most pleasantly surprised in regards to the excellent help and very little wait time to get to be seen. "Chris M." was there and he did not try to push me into a more expensive mobile phone. In fact, just the opposite, he told me what he thought would be right for my mobile phone needs. I appreciated that a lot. My wait time was negligible and the service was great. I would highly recommend Chris and the store.

Visiting from Australia and needed assistance getting our unlocked mobile phones connected. Had issues with sim cards and vouchers bought at pharmacy chain. An engaging customer service officer Megan helped out patiently and professionally and we walked out of the store connected. Thank you for your service and we would recommend AT&T anytime.

I went in with my 86 old grandmother, whom is a an AT&T retiree and she gets a bit flustered when dealing with tech stuff, as we wanted to switch to AT&T from Verizon to stop paying over $200/mo for cell service. Our advisor was Rita, and she was very helpful, kind, and accommodating to me and my grandmother. She even provided me with Tylenol for my sinus headache and a bottle of water, as well as gave us more comfortable masks to wear, on top providing excellent customer service for our needs and helping us set up our new iPhones. She a true gem for the customer and for her company. Ask for Rita should you visit the Winter Park Village AT&T location!!

If you are a normal individual, then you understand the obligation to go into a cellular service store and wait to be taken care of. You already know the wait will be long, the phones will be pricey, and you leave feeling frustrated. You should never give a business a bad rating due to things that are inevitable, none the less.

But at the AT&T Winter Park Village store, my faith was restored in the salesman that work there.

After getting up at 3am on a Friday morning to pre-order my iPhone 7 Plus, Rose Gold, 128GB phone online, AT&T started what has been the worst week of probably this year so far. Corporate (ECOMM) has certainly done nothing to help and if I could give them a rating specifically, I would.

Without going into too much detail, I will say this. What makes this specific AT&T store worth 5 stars, is that they showed true effort to fix what their corporate company messed up. They were honest with great communication skills and proved to be true customer service representatives.

My shout out will most certainly go to mangers, Mark and Justin, and Apple specialist, Chris, for being nothing short of the best.

While the issue is still not completely over, I feel that customers need to know, you do not live in a perfect world where there are no lines to wait in or phone bills to pay. So rate this store on what truly matters, your service with the physical employees.

I went into this AT&T location to consider upgrading my phone. Abe was really helpful and professional. His technical knowledge convinced me to upgrade to the 14 Pro Max.

Keith Mercer was so knowledgeable and patient. We bought a phone and then transfer 2 lines, all within an hour of closing and he never rushed us or lost his patience. Best AT&T experience.
