Associate Joanna was excellent and very helpful. Gave me info. That would help me shop for one more item. Did not approve of someone coming from the office opening her register while Joanne is in the process of checking me out just to flip through the ones, fives. 10s and 20s. Then close the drawer and just get in the way. Very disturbing. She should have waited until Joanna was finished. I hope this is not corporate approved.. thank you for letting me vent.

Kim was very helpful, as I was having a problem getting into my account on my cell. Much appreciated her help. She was very cheerful!

This Kohl’s is really poppin. It was pretty busy when we visited. They have a pretty good fragrance selection that we visited and it looked like the employees were hard at work serving customers. There were some substantial sales going on and the products looked pretty stocked despite us visiting soon after Christmas. Our trip to Kohl’s was a great experience.

I love Sephora! The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is well-organized and neat. So many different brands and products are displayed. I always find the item I need and usually find more items. The Sephora brand is exceptional quality at a good price.

Customer Service at the store is extremely excellent. Joanna is a cashier and had a smile on her face throughout checking me out Went out of her way to make sure l was getting all my discounts. Is extremely helpful and patient. I am confident that she truly is sincere about caring for the customer and representing Kohls in a professional manner. She is top notch in my book.
Dustin is excellent in the Sephora Dept helping choose what would work best for me. He is for informative and very patient. Wonderful customer service!

I love the large selection of bras and the quality! The price was right and I was able to try on different sizes to purchase correct size for me! I lost weight and needed to know what would fit now! Love Kohls!

Kohls Department Store is a great place to shop. There is a large selection of clothes for all ages! The sales staff is very helpful.

Carrie took care of finding a product I needed in the Sephora store in Kohls.
She had given me a sample on a prior visit and so, today, I went back to purchase the product.
Carrie is very friendly and knowledgeable .I won’t hesitate to go back!

Excellent service at the checkout. There are two: front and back of store. Today (12/20), the front at the mall entrance, had a huge line but checking out at the back was really fast-no line.

The sales were great and my 30% coupon made them even better. I used the self checkout and the clerk that helped me was terrific helping me with things i did not know how to do.

First time I shopped at this location. I was impressed with the size, cleanliness & product variety.

Our cashier was so kind and patient, and always had a smile......we presented a gift card, applied for a credit card, paid a certain amount on a credit card, and paid balance in cash, and got a 15% discount on a slightly damaged item.....she handled it all and smiled and wished us a wonderful day.....awesome.....loved the customer service
