Every staff member I’ve encountered at this location is so friendly and goes above and beyond to help!

This is the best Bath and Body Works in Charlotte. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff don’t pressure you to buy items and they willingly help you. They’re usually very well stocked and organized as well

Truly amazing staff and location here, the customer service was stellar from everyone, and it means the world especially being in the customer service industry and working in the retail business. Probably the first bath and body works location where I didn't have to leave due to the usual hordes of folks triggering what would be the most dramatic anxiety or panic attack but still managing to not drop even a speck of the Lords Coffee with my Ventí pumpkin spice Frappuccino from the Bucks. The store associate Beitta was soooo helpful and gave me and my daughter EXCELLENT customer service!

I am always greeted by sales associates. I always have any questions or concerns answered.
I shop here alot and very occasionally at Carolina Place Mall.

I would like to comment on this stores customer service. It has always been wonderful. I went there this evening to make a purchase. There was an issue with a rewards code that I had. The cashier gracefully honored it. I was quite appreciative. I didn't get her name. But hopefully she will be recognized. Her cashier ID ended in 364. Thanks Again!❤

The semi annual sale was happening when I was at the store and many of the over priced items were reasonably priced. The store isn't a large store, but seemd to have a descent number of products and scents. The customer service is very good and the store employees were very helpful and attentive.

Great sale prices, sales rep went in the back to get what I needed. Everyone super friendly. Easy access to store front. I will never go back to a mall location.
