This is my favorite Total Wine. I always pickup 3 cases of wine and a box of Padrons.

I recommend the 10 yr whistle pig if you like Rye Whiskey. 9/12/23: came back for a box of Padron 7000, the 5000 line was discontinued.

Also got a nice bottle of Basil Hayden Toast recommended by another patron . Always excellent place to shop and the service is truly outstanding 👍👍

Caymus is my 1st choice for celebrations. 🥇🥇 Austin Hope & Heitz for great evenings. My daily drink is Radius currently, it’s supple and won’t break the bank 😊

Great liquor store until it's recent expansion-- now it's off-the-charts.

Good prices, friendly staff, exceptional selection and the place is absolutely spotless. Also some very unique/rare items for sale. (See pic below)You can tell the owners/management take pride in stocking and maintaining their store.

Total Wine conveniently carries several sizes of bagged ice and their expansive snack food section goes well beyond chips and pretzels with everything from beef jerky to gourmet crackers and cheeses.

UPDATE: Just got back from Total Wine and they're running a special where various bottles have a big, orange 2/10 tag slipped over the neck. Pick up 2 of those marked bottles and you get $10 off your order. Two bottles of Kavanagh Irish Cream, normally $15.99ea were just $21.98 with the 2/10 discount. Was tempted to get some Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream-- Maybe next time. Super-fast checkout. Continues to be our go-to liquor store.

Love this place. I honestly wish the employees would stop asking so much if I need help finding anything, they have such a big selection that I like to browse in peace. The constant asking makes me anxious. Everyone is friendly though!

I love this store! Do they have everything? No. Do they have almost everything? Yeah they do. Pretty much anything alcoholic you’re looking for is in this store with extensive selections to choose from and a large humidor. There is always a lot of staff in the aisles and everyone is happy to stop and help you find what you’re looking for. The only downside to this stopping here is always spend more than I was planning because I pick up 1-2 bottles of something new to try.

Excellent service. An employee named James took the time to help me learn about the benefits of the app (20% off factory direct wine!!) and help me pick out cases for holiday gifts - all during the busy holiday season! Really appreciate it.

One of my favorite places. The staff is so helpful. A guy named Kay in the Chardonnay aisle introduced me to my new favorite wine. He's awesome!

This is an update… What a pleasure to walk into this clean and organized store and to be treated with such kindness by their employees. I have to give a special shout out to Meredith, front end supervisor, who is just delightful and so sweet. Thank you, Meredith!
Original Review: This super clean store is easily navigated and considering its rather large size I assume they employ a remarkable group of people who take pride in their work. Among alcoholic purchases this store also offers specialty cheeses and meats, sodas/seltzers, and snacks. And, cigars! I received A+ customer service interaction with both Kelsey and Jorjah. Thank you, ladies!

We are planning my daughters wedding and needed help with wine, spirits and beer. I made an appointment to meet with the Total Wine wedding registry team. I could not be more impressed with the service we received. Unbelievable!! They have a lifetime customer in us. Good service is hard to find these days. So when there is extraordinary service like we received it deserves to be recognized and applauded! Thank you. Gary, Kevin and Dan, who actually helped us load our 3 cars!

I really love this store. Like a kid in a candy store, I shop here regularly. Total Wine has a terrific layout, which is clearly marked, and easy to navigate. Even when it is busy. And, yeah, that is EVERY DAY. They are busy because they have a great selection, with great prices, and a great staff. Each visit, the friendly staff helps me with information about products, recommendations and has helped me to get my purchases into my car. That's good old fashioned Customer Service! I only have one complaint: this chain of stores isn't in every state!!! I really wish they were. If you are near one, stop in. If you are near Claymont... definitely stop there and treat yourself to a bottle of _______. (Armagnac/Champagne/Vodka/Beer/Wine/Tequila)? Whatever you want, they have it!

One of the better stores I've visited in the Philadelphia area! Great selection, and good customer service. I'll definitely be shopping there more often!

Freaking AMAZING! A fan of various kinds of alcohol could easily spend two or more hours in this awesome store! Tasting sessions, vendor tasting booths, and everything from simple (and cheap) to... OMG look at that price! (And the rarity that demands that premium price! My photo is of a 1949 vintage scotch selling for $60,000! Isn't it cool how you could potentially taste a recipe from that era?! From that to Coors Light- plenty of stock to try new rum, gin, vodka, scotch, Bourbon, and wines. One of the best discoveries in retail I've ever made, based on a recommendation by a friend. It is worth adding a half hour or more to a trip if you're nearby!!

Going to Total Wines is an experience that is so enjoyable. My husband and I make as one of our outings as a couple. That is how much we look forward to going there. The people are so friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable. When I want something special and don't really know what to call it, someone there has given recommendations each time that was on point.

WOW! This store has the largest selection of wine I have ever seen. The store is huge. They also have a great selection of distilled spirts and beer. The prices are amazing. I don't think it's possible to beat their price or selection anywhere!

Best selection I've ever seen in my life. I wish we had this up in Pennsylvania. Everyone working here was extremely polite and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The cashier working my line was handling "2" separate lines and was doing and excellent job! I am 70+ years old and have never seen this. Also it was the holiday weekend and the store was very crowded.

If you haven’t been to total wine you should go! The staff there is always super helpful and honest whether you are looking for something specific or to try something new. The house brand products are normally pretty good and they have a wonderful beer selection. They also normally have good coupon deals too

You know that scene in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory where people are all super excited to go into the factory and when they finally enter the place, their minds are blown away? Expect the same thing to happen when you enter this place. Except instead of chocolate and candy, it is nothing but an endless selection of alcohol. Alcohol from every part of the world and every region.

Great prices (and no extra tax at the end) This place has a wonderful and complete selection of wines, spirits, beer, as well as cigars. For wine, they have aisle after aisle that are separated into sections for the type: like merlot, champagne, etc. They also have experts all over the place that can help with any question or need you may have. There is a full section of craft and special beers. You can even buy and mix loose bottles.

Always excellent. Always. Have easily spent 10 grand here over the years. The woman helping me today in the bourbon section this morning (9/11) was certainly a little awkward but so incredibly knowledgeable on bourbon and beyond helpful. I think she has tried every bourbon on the shelf (all several hundred of them) and also had the intense honest critique I was so desperately looking for. And she had absolutely no bias to spirits direct. Gosh I gotta find when she’s working next, I want to try so much more of her recommendations. 😊😊
