Very nice specialty store. The owner was very helpful. They have a room of basmati rice. I also found fenugreek leaf, it is very hard to find.

I love this little store, it is packed full of specialty Persian and “middle eastern” products like in every nook and cranny. Some things that I like to buy here include: rose & orange blossom water, saffron, smoked basmati rice, slivered pistachios, dried culinary roses, sumac, shredded halva/Turkish cotton candy, sugar cubes, baklava, zatar seasoning, salty yogurt drinks, etc. The spice selection is phenomenal, as is the rice selection. I love the convenient location in Kirkland, I don’t have to trek to Bellevue or even Seattle. There is even a Persian bakery and an Eastern European/Russian grocery store in the same shopping center, so you can make an afternoon of it. The only disappointing thing is that more non-Persians like myself don’t know about this hidden gem!
I’m not sure why people are saying that the man who runs the store is rude. He has always been exceptionally kind to me. His English is slightly limited, but he still manages to attempt a conversation with me every time I shop in his store. He’s genuinely a sweet older gentleman. Perhaps he suffers from a little bit of RBF and his voice comes out a wee bit gruff, but here’s a hot tip: don’t judge a book by its cover and try being nice to more people in public spaces and you’ll be surprised at how well they respond in turn.

The store owner is a very kind man. I have been shopping at his store for about 10 years now. He is always willing to assist and provide helpful recommendations. All the products I have purchased from his store have been of good quality.

Great place to look for Persian and Turkish foods. I happened to stumble on this back in January thanks to my mother who loves coming here since they carry items that you don't find normally in a regular grocery store. The owner is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. There is sufficient parking. The produce is fresh and they carry exotic herbs and oils. FYI, they reopen on May 5, 2020.

This place is AMAZING. Where do I even start, polite and helpful management, massive variety of foods and drinks, or even the atmosphere. This store is packed to the rim with Persian and Turkish goodies like Lavāshak, Yogurt Soda, herb mixes, nuts, fruit, Persian and Turkish crackers and the MEATS. Almost everything in the store is imported from Iran or Turkey and are super delicious. This place reminds of my home back in Iran and I recommend everyone reading this to come to this magical place. I will be coming here for many years to come.
