Very great store came in and had a very great experience Mariana was the worker that helped me and is. Very great person to attend by has patient and explains everything well so you understand what it is your paying for and leave with a great phone thank you Mariana :)

My hubby lost his phone, on Friday Jan. 12th, I went into the Sylmar store and Edwin was the bomb!!! He got my hubby up and running with a new phone almost no cost and he was such a great guy about it!!! Edwin you are the best!!!!

Also, I love the location of the store, the parking was easy, NO huge parking structure or street parking down the block, you just pull up hop out, meet the great crew and back on you way!

Went to ask a question and left with a tablet. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable so they gave me a deal with the tablet which i appreciated so much and will recommend to friend and family

I have to say that I've had an irritating last few days. I've had issues with billing and just ridiculous things pertaining to my account. Thanks to Edwin and his manager I am still an Att customer. So if you are going to go to any store, make sure it's this one. They truly went above and beyond, and that says a lot. Especially when no one else cared to. Thanks again you guys!

Excellent Edwin was superb. ATT Store at Burbank and the Apple Store Sherman Oaks had me wait a total of 8 hours while they were unsuccessfully working on my phone.

When I woke up this morning to find that my kid had drowned my phone in the toilet I thought that today was gonna be a terrible one - especially when I found out I didn’t have insurance! luckily for me, Adrian was there to show me the deals he could offer me, and then Eric told me about the insurance plans so I didn’t need to have a unpleasant morning ever again.
