Not here to talk about the shoes but here to say that I met a sales rep who heard me complaining about a pair of shoes on display and came up to me to help me find my size. He went way beyond to help me find what I wanted. I appreciated his help and his service. This was the san fernano store on brand. I think his name was Mysial . This guy went over and beyond. Never have I ever received this great of service. Thank you so much. I appreciate you. #shoefettish 🤔

Yes the best price and don't worry for the Parking because they have. the atmosphere is very calm and I recommend it because you will always find what is necessary

Has everything I need for my feet and some clothes. my old account that was on different number and email got updated at the register with a nice lady. They are worth buying shoes from here.

Clean and organized. Friendly staff, they greet you as you come in making you feel welcome. Shoe selection is really good and pricing is fair not too expensive and good quality shoes. Didn't need the bathroom so not sure if there was any available to the public.

Excellent variety. My only issue with this store is lack of larger sizes( Mens t shirts)... very few 2x or larger sizes. I ask a staff member why???? ..Her reponce, When we order product we receive the standard sizes( for this store), and receive only select larger sizes....The clerk did state that if you see a shirt that you like , but the size is to small, they will call another store and see if they call located your size, And they can mail it to you..Wow! Who offers this service!. I am very impressed with the staff and the service they offer!. This is how it's done!. Great job!.

I just bought 6 pairs of shoes and qualify for two $ 25 dollars gift cards. The customer service was excellent. The young lady who helped us was great and the gentleman at the register was fantastic. Me and my family enjoyed our visit and plan to return in the future.

Kind and Helpful! The dude at the front door I believe his name was Manny he went above and beyond to help me find some comfortable shoes for a security gig I was doing this weekend! Thanks bro! Everyone else was really helpful also! Great selection of shoes clothes sports attire and other cool misc stuff! Will be going there for back to school stuff for the kiddos 👍

Right away I got great service asking me if I need something but really meaning it not like they were going through the motions or not like we're keeping an eye on you I didn't find the color I want it but he offered right away to call another store but I need them for an interview for tomorrow

Exceptional Service ! Was approached several times by staff in the isle's in a respectful and orderly fashion. Also I always carry a backpack into store's and was NOT made out by staff to feel like I'm there to steal something. Store was clean, neat, everybody following coronavirus protocols and mostly everything was in it's place where it's supposed to be. Not scattered all Over the place like other store's. Big thumbs up 👍🏽 to Stephanie was very kind, professional, & patient, she helped me set up my WSS APP account.
Definitely recommend this particular location to ANYONE interested on getting some New Fresh Kicks. "Tis the Season"

Security here was super helpful. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was able to get me the shoes I wanted from another store and place them on hold for me. Super helpful and got in and out QUICK .

Get the kids shoes here just about every time they need them. Good selection. Fair prices. Cuz i do compare. Better deals for kids than adults. But overall wide selection.
