Margaret was so helpful she walked with me all over trying to help me find what I needed. Is hard to find employees that are willing to go above and beyond and Margaret exceeded my expectations. She is a great asset to Home .

I’m not very familiar with this Home Depot location, and when I walked in, I was lost I enter through the self checkout area, and a Home Depot associate by the name of Lola greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help. The customer service and demeanor of Lola is really what made my shopping experience a pleasure. It felt like I was shopping at Publix. I really appreciate someone going out of their way to help me locate my item. With a smile and positive demeanor. The customer service I received from the associates during this visit makes me want to come back and shop here now I know for next time that the people are more than willing to help and even walk you to an item as a gentleman did from another section to help me find drill bits for a gift.

I had a car battery succumb to the cold weather and needed a new one. I was truly disturbed at the prices after shopping around, after all it's acid and lead. A coworker mentioned that home depot has great prices on car batteries. I saved over 200$ and couldn't be happier with the service.

John, the Cart Attendant, was phenomenal! He assisted me in putting our newly purchased Freezer in the car, and helped my Lady too. Awesome customer service, outstanding. Thank you, John! 👍

Every time I’m in this HD, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and helpful people. This past trip for a Christmas tree was nothing less than that. Ken in the tree tent outside showed us an awesome tree and we decided right away on that. Made this momma’s tree search quick and painless. He was super helpful and very friendly. Thank you, Ken!

They have a phenomenal paint department at this location. They definitely went above & beyond to help me with matching some interior colors for my home. I’m very thankful for their assistance.

A well-known home improvement retail store offering a wide range of products and services for DIY projects, renovations, and home maintenance.

Anything and everything you could need for just about any home improvement project. Plenty of helpful staff on hand. Biggest home Depot in the South east. If you cant find it here you probably wont find it anywhere. Good garden section outside as well.

It's kind of sad right now because my husband went in there and spent 2 hours looking for things that he needed and he said he couldn't find anybody in there to help him and there was nobody that knew anything that he needed or helped him. So it's like they're cutting back on people to save money for big corporate. So I'm not sure how good that is for the regular consumer

Rich is an amazing employee. Not Rick, that guy doesn’t do anything. However, Rich spent about 10 minutes searching through all the additional stock in order to see if he could find me a $5 set of “Pets Inside” safety stickers. A true gentleman and he cares about the rescue dogs of the world! The world would be a much better place with more people like Rich. I would highly recommend this location, if for nothing more than to experience quality customer service.

Didn’t have the Owen Corning insulation board in the 4x8’ sheets I was looking for, but at least the guys were there and helpful enough to get me pointed in right direction.

If it had been a lowes store, I’d still be there looking for someone to help me.

Good store usually has what we need.

This is the Homedepot to go to. RAPHAEL AND DON are great guys with a lot of knowledge and experience that makes the PRO experience top quality!
Raphael was great with follow up information and was very attentive and answered all questions and helped organize a large list of materials for our project without any hesitation or complaints. He was very patient and helped me every step of the way with a smile and great sense of humor. This is our favorite Homedepot! Thank you Raphael and Don, we will see you again soon!

Awesome Customer Service !! I was taking care of my honey-do list which included a trip to Home Depot. I was wondering around the garden department when Rich, the manager, asked if I needed some help. He actually took the time and walked me over to the items I was searching for and then we discussed some of the options that would yield the best results. Customer service is rare these days and it was so nice to actually experience it. Well my honey-do list got done and the yard looks amazing.

Great experience in paint department. Had a specific color needed a perfect match for. I had difficult sample to match dark high gloss, not easy. John in paint department took the challenge. Determined to make it right, he kept at it until he got the exact match. Nice to see determination in a big box store. Due to this young mans customer service I rate this visit a 5 star.

Kimberly is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. Every time she sees me, she always asks if there is something she can do to assist me with my shopping needs. I am in there daily due to work.

On 10/29/2022, I was helped by Akash at the customer service desk at the Jupiter FL Home Depot. He was very helpful working with online Home Depot to process a price change on a Rigid Tool I had just purchased a week before. He could have easily told me to call the HD online service, but he went the extra mile to ensure my concern was resolved. Thank you Akash!

I used this location to get some blinds installed at my house and their specialists were very helpful and took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. Even when I had some issues with part of my blinds being back ordered they were very accommodating and helped me in getting things installed. I highly recommend their service and happy overall.
