Very clean on the first shift and very friendly on first shift I don't go in any other time because it's not clean and the employees are not friendly the have a smart mouth and a attitude this is the mapco at Portland TN

The staff has always been friendly. Store, including the restrooms really clean. Great rewards program. Some days I can't get around very well due to the cancer in my spine, and the cashiers have helped me carry out my snacks, coffee, etc. They have even been so nice as to come out to pump the fuel when I couldn't even get out of my car. 🐸🐸🐸 its very difficult to find places and staff that are willing to help like that. Only 2 things i would like to see different, bring the hot food back, and fill the potholes in the parking lot. BUT, Westmoreland IS the "pothole capital" of the state of Tennessee. Oh, and maybe SOME of the customers could be nice to the staff.

I always have a good experience at this Mapco! The cashiers are friendly, the store is clean and the shelves are stocked. The rewards program is awesome!

I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and they have a great rewards program. It's always neat and clean. It has a good selection of drinks, snacks, lottery tickets and everything in between!

This is my go to stop for fuel and drinks on my way to work or home. Fuel pumps are set a bit close to the building so if it's crowded, it may take a bit to get in or out. But I enjoy the money saving fuel rewards.

This store is my go to spot before work. However I will only go in if Cati or Tori are working. Cati and Tori are absolutely amazing. They are always super friendly and helpful. They remember their regular customers. The clerk named Brittany is absolutely atrocious. She should not be working in customer service at all. She is incredibly rude and acts like she is the manager. She will talk badly about the customers and her coworkers where customers can hear her (that's how I know she does it). The actual store manager is also rather creepy. I have seen him give merchandise away to customers. And he seems to pay alot of attention to the younger female customers. It's very unprofessional.

Good place, fun workers but one thing I don’t get is that how are y’all open 24-7 and don’t know how to answer a call?? Anyways if anything I can ask the question here so no big deal really lol. Can y’all do deposits like how cashapp can deposit money to rough dollar general?
