Big Lots

Mark in the Furniture section was an excellent employee,my husband and I laughed so much with him. He was very perfessional and very helpful. He is definitely an asset to the company, will definitely consider Big lots again due to this employee.

Good selection and staff. Overall shipping experience was pleasant and quick. They had everything I needed for last minute supplies for Christmas. Nice selection of wrapping papers and bags .
They also have a good selection of pantry goods and home goods. The store was clean and the deals available are plenty.

I definitely will come back this store again. Good products with reasonable price. Kenneth ( Kenny) who works in the furniture is super helpful. He is so friendly, and caring. He helps me to exchange my products and also choose the right one for my house. Thank you so much!

My husband & I bought our first brand new sectional here about 2 years ago & it's still in great shape. Their prices are great & when you catch those sales... Watch out lol they are awesome!

Wide isles and great prices. Furniture shoppers should check here before buying. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. It’s a nice store with one-stop shopping tendencies. I was surprised at the fact they also had household items like shampoo and some personal products. There were also a few electronics affiliated type things priced well. Cool stuff!

Kennith is very personable, knowledgeable and makes you feel confident and comfortable. We noticed he goes out of his way to always make the customer happy. My husband and I always take the extra drive time to shop at the Port Richey location instead of our local store, because we have always been treated so nicely by the entire staff at this location.

My fiancé and I Just moved to the area and went out furniture shopping to this location. We want to mention how Kenneth was a phenomenal sales person, he was answering all our questions and concerns as well as doing stock checks for us with nothing but a smile on his face the whole time. He went above and beyond for us and was super friendly. Because of him we will be returning to this location in the future.

Haven't stopped in Big Lots for quite a while and was impressed. The store has been completely revamped with food stuffs and more but nicer furniture and mattresses. Staff was really nice and helpful. Will be going back much more frequently.

This place is a little gem! Some of the prices aren't real bargains in my opinion but they have a lot of things you can't easily find elsewhere. They did have some really nice looking furniture! The store was very clean and the staff is super polite.

The gentleman running the cash register was a delight. I knew he was probably tired and his line was getting long but he still kept his cheery attitude and was so polite to everyone. Also the man walking the floor was very helpful and very polite. Sorry I can't remember their names. I was in their today on Sat April 1st 2023 around 2-4pm

Great people, good service, Great store

Always enjoy going in there they have all sorts of good things. Was able to pick up some spices that I needed at a great price period in the Halloween decor was so cute. And they're already putting the Christmas stuff up too. Staff members are very friendly.

This store is very clean, well stocked and organized and the cashiers make you feel like you've known them for years. The prices are low and I am always finding unique snacks and household items. This store is the shining star in that plaza for sure! Management and staff deserve a pat on the back for all of their hard work. Five stars out of five.
