I recently came in for an iPhone upgrade and had an exceptional experience thanks to Colt! I highly recommend this store for outstanding service, and I'm grateful to Colt for making my experience so seamless!!

Every one there is super helpful. I went in to get my mom a phone and they helped us choose the right one for her. Amazing service keep up the good work

I just went in on Oct 28th around noon! It was amazing service, I was help immediately and was help through the whole process, all my questions were answered and I will definitely come here anytime I have more question or to even add more lines. Great team here no matter what phone or device you have the guys are so knowledgeable, I mean Apple and android iPad tablet Samsung no matter what you have the guys here know about it. I’ve never seen someone so knowledgeable about phones great place great customer service and truly anything you need to know about your advice they will help you and they will take care of any problems.

Nicole and Dejanae are fantastic ladies. I stopped into their store to switch mobile carriers,as I have had significant issues with my current carrier. They were both friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the switch over process and the devices that would work within their network. I'm exceptionally pleased with the customer service I received and am looking forward to being an ATT customer!

Hi. So I would like to say that walking into the at&t store at rover Point, was the best choice to resolve my issue. I needed assistance with account information, and getting shipping labels for some devices. Was helped through every step of the way. Great people. Highly recommend.

Me experience was extremely pleasant. I went in with a poor opinion of AT&T’s personnel as I was lied to during my initial phone set up, however not only did they go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied they also made a point to report the (used car salesman) I encountered at the 16th st mall branch, who had told a bunch of lies just so he could make the sale.

Just came back from this particular store. Went to store in Lone Tree a week ago and switched to First Net but they did not set up my account for visual voicemail. I tried everything on my end but nothing worked. I went to this store and the lady there called First Net IT line who could not change my plan to include visual voicemail. She figured it out by herself and added the plan with the visual voicemail feature. She even told me that I could get a tablet line for even less money compared to the plan I had with 2 lines! I feel like Lone Tree store really did not know what they were doing and I am totally disappointed but so very happy River Point Store figured it out for me. Kudos to them!

My husband and I have been using the sane phones for years and they have been getting progressively worse (planned obsolescence) so we decided to get a couple of new phones and a tablet to upgrade our device situation. Andrew was great and worked quickly to get us squared away. He explained the changes to our plan and let us know what our options were going forward. I tend to dread going to the phone store, but this was a very easy and pleasant experience! Thanks Andrew!

My partner and I came in to the store to research our options... Hector, store manager, provided clarity of information and had answers to all our questions in expedient and patient fashion. We left and upon completing the 'running of the numbers'... we decided to buy our phones with AT&T. We returned the same day and Hector was there. Hector completed our account set-up (switched from Verizon), and tutored both my partner and I in how to transfer the apps and contact information from our previous ones to our newly purchased ones. Hector provided superior customer service, was a pleasure to work with and also incredibly helpful to us both in our transition to not only new phones, but a new service provider. Hector is fantastic - plain and simple.

Colt was really sweet he offered me every that suited me, I can tell he’s hard working originally came in setting up a normal account. Colt found out that I found out that I qualified for firstnet. Happy with the store
