Went in looking for something specific, and John was super friendly and helpful and never made me feel pressured to buy, but rather recommended a range where I could possibly test out the specific gun I was looking at but was unsure about. He also made me want to shop at this location specifically in the future rather than the one closer to home, just because he had the best customer service, and not just with myself but with everyone I saw him interact with. These days it's hard to get such great service anywhere so when I find it somewhere, I stick with the location. Will definitely be shopping at this location from now on.

Usually the old geezers are there and give funny looks at dudes looking at certain items, but James and David R both where super friendly and let me look at what I wanted to so I'm giving them a five star for being helpful during a recent purchase thanks for the good customer service

I placed an online order and staff was well informed on a plethora of outdoor sports and the equipment they have. The online order was almost within arms reach which was fast as I did not call ahead for the order pick up. The prices, employees, and selection was nothing short of spectacular. I thoroughly enjoyed the all the flavors of rifles and handguns available. Thanks again, everyone.

Crazy selection and the discounts are awesome, it's like they're giving it away for free

I ordered a gun online and had it shipped to the store. The online tracker was broken so it just said "processing shipment" but sure enough as soon as the estimated delivery date came the order was ready. I arrived at a scheduled time to a friendly and helpful staff behind the gun counter. They were able to get me set up with my forms and on the wait-list for the CBI in no time. A while later I went back and after another short wait - because of an issue the knowledgeable staff resolved in no time
- I was out the door and on my way. Cannot recommend this place enough, every single person I interacted with was extremely helpful and good at their job. I will definitely be utilizing this store again!

The people here were very helpful and friendly they make you feel like you are at home and like they actually care about what your looking for and don't just treat you like a customer but like a friend or like your part of a family. They actually care.

Love this store. They have my favorite hiking boots at an excellent price. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. It's worth a visit if you haven't shopped here.

If I ever have questions about education or anything, these guys are always polite! They never belittle anyone! I never give 5stars! But they definitely deserve it! They are definitely there for you! Especially at the gun range at Parker and I225! I respect folks like them!

Man. Some of these reviews are brutal, and they describe some really awful experiences.

Thankfully, my experience was nothing like those. I went in tonight to ask some questions about 9mm pistols. Eddie met me, answered my questions, showed me a few different pistols, and even took one apart to show me how they are disassembled and reassembled.

He answered my every question, showed me multiple different models of pistol, told me about a seminar that I could attend to learn more about concealed carry, showed me a service plan, and explained all the ins and outs, but did not pressure me to buy the plan, and even told me how to get a discount on my purchase if I completed a credit application. He also pointed out which 9mm ammunition was on sale and made sure I got a box before I left.

His service was so exemplary that I actually spent about $150 more than I intended to, even after my discount.

Eddie, you're top notch, man. I'll come back and see you for sure when I'm ready for my Kimber 1911.

It is my first choice for hunting equipment & supplies. They have friendly & knowledgeable staff. They are having the same supply chain issues as everyone but they have a pretty good selection. They have pretty good black powder supplies as well.

Had a great experience here. Dave the manager in the hunting department and Scott really helped me out with a with a little dilemma. it may be a miscommunication originally on the phone. But I was told I could buy a decoy dock on the phone but when I got there it was only for a set of 12 ducks for sale. But they worked with me and ended up giving me one for a very reasonable price. Great customer service at the store
