Great helpful staff and very clean facility! One of the best Pilot stations I’ve been to in AZ! CAT Scale, Subway restaurant, refreshing drinks, clean restrooms, the whole nine! Highly recommend!

Restrooms are okay, but the main thing is it's large enough for trucks and cars and electric cars. See in my pictures.

Nice place to stop for food and gas. You can charge your ride here as well.

exemplary cleanliness, and excellent attitude of the staff to the client.

They have good prices on fuel and the store has all the accessories you could use for your vehicle they also have great assortment of snacks and drinks

Everything is great, but it's not good they don't have a tire service and repair shop.

Loads of gas pumps, a nice Subway, and clean bathrooms. Open all night thankfully, too.

This is a great stop to fill your car on the road too Prescott.
If one drives an EV their a number of charging stations. The Pilot center is clean with friendly people there to assist customers. Thumbs Up for comfort stop one can count on🚛🚚🚛🚘🚗

Me and my family travel to Prescott 2x a year from Gilbert and this is the ONLY rest stop we stop at on the way up and on the way back. Always very clean, Large bathrooms, and has a Subway inside as well as typical gas station items, plus knick knacks to buy (I bought my kids travel pillows here for only $10 each). There are also several Tesla charging stations here. I will say it can be windy here too! And a lot cooler weather especially if you are driving in from the valley!! Highly recommend stopping here over your typical gas station

The people who work there are very nice and helpful. The store has a lot of different things to buy . You can get gas there and if you're hungry they have a subway restaurant in there too. A great place to stop and take a break from your day or night they're open 24/7!

Bathrooms were clean they also had everything we needed for our road trip snack needs.

I have Visited This Pilot numerous times, Robert has always been helpful and kind. The building is clean and the employees are fast. There is a Subway located inside. I recommend this Pilot. P.S. For our much appreciated truck drivers, there is a weigh scale and plenty of room to park your big rigs.

My cashier was a cool guy and the bathroom was decent. Plus they actually had a good selection of gas station gifts and chargers. Thanks so much.

Five stars for customers and employees not wearing masks. Thank you for fighting for freedom and your liberty by saying no to unconstitutional mandates. Showers and hot food are next door within walking distance. 50 s dinner.

Good place to stop for gas, drinks, snacks and dine or eat at their Subway restaurant.

Great service, great coffe and very clean store. I am so thankful to see the chain trying to improve there stores. There for awhile all the pilots I visited either had staff that was about as friendly as " A crab on crack..." and that is not very nice. Bravo piolot for hiring a clerk who cares about the store and customer satisfaction.....

When I travel by Mayer, this is my favorite stop and has become habitual due to the clean& friendly atmosphere, and great service! They've got some great employees, especially Emma!!

Hot coffee, clean restrooms, friendly staff. I was also able to find a quiet corner to park overnight since I can't drive after dark.

They have Arizona merchandise for souvenirs & gifts. That is what I came here for, prices were reasonable.
