They are fast

I've been using this particular pharmacy for over 20 years. I've never had a bad experience. As a physician I pay extra attention to customer service and these guys rate highly. Always nice, professional, and knowledgable.

My only criticism would be "the Wallgreens policy" that does not allow a patient to refill a controlled medication earlier than the original prescription indicated. I feel that if the same physician is authorizing an early refill , then that should be good enough for the pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy with this rule that I'm aware of.

The pharmacist is super sweet, but the rest I’m unsure of. I hardly ever get a “hello we will be with you in a moment”. It’s me waiting and waiting, push the button and THEN “we will be right there in a moment!”. It just seems to be pretty slow in comparison to the 96th street.

Don’t recommend the PRC Covid testing they offer. 3-5 days for results is too long. Otherwise store is good.

Occasionally things go smoothly. But, a pharmacy that just decides their hours a couple days in advance, if that, is preposterous. They conveniently closed this last Sat & Sun l, and now (Tuesday) aren't answering calls even after being put on hold. I was able to find someone who could lend my mom a few pills she HAD to have, but others are not so fortunate. This is not a family owned fast food place, it's a pharmacy that deals in life saving/ending medications and I don't see any way they can continue to operate the way they do. Understaffed? Shut it down! It's not worth fking with people's well-being!!

This company could care less if you spen your money with them. If I was you I would shop locally and quit supporting corporate Walgreens. I promise you're just a number to them. No loyalty to the customer base.

I waited at the consultation window and was totally ignored. To a point , the young woman turned her head when she passed by the window. I chose to get in the line, may be I would have a better chance there. No, an old white couple stood in front of the window and received immediate attention. I’m non white. This is the Walgreens on 96 St in Owasso Oklahoma. The woman’s name is Hanna. Worst experience by far.

I am soooo furious. After making an appointment here for 2 vaccines (Hep B and a flu shot) after arriving at the pharmacy only to be told by the pharmacy Tech that they don’t have it. So he sent me over 96th st. They told me that they don’t have it and that 86th St in fact do have it. I asked my husband to call 86th St and he was told by the same pharmacist tech that they do have it and he could get the vaccines today. I called them back with my husband on the line that’s when he told us that no one is available to give the shot today. Why couldn’t you just tell me that?? As a black woman living in a dominant white community I could assume MANY things🙄 instead I will never ever go back to this pharmacy. They are very unprofessional I could say racist but I rather not.

Walgreens is a joke!!! Pharmacy closed on weekends when people need it the most.

I get my mother's medicine here and every time I have a conversation with these pharmacist they are always rude and treat us like we shouldn't be getting medicine there. Everyone in there needs to have a meeting about professionalism!
