Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

We were helped by Nick Bott(coincidently on his last day before he moved to a busier store). He was terrific. Watching him work, he was clearly someone with long-developed instincts for solving problems in the paint world. My wife and I were jittery about being able to match a light-toned white paint but he nailed it.
We were so happy with the results, we came back later with a paint sample for another part of the house we had long delayed in repainting because of fear of matching. This time Asst. Manager Mike helped us...and he too perfectly matched the color and sheen of the sample.
Both men were personable and engaging and the 2 experiences couldn't have been better. My wife and I, frankly, had no loyalty to paint manufacturers or retail outlets, but now we absolutely do. My wife has already mentioned our satisfaction in dealing with the S-W store in Haverford to a friend.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store has everything you need for painting which makes it a one stop shopping experience. The lighting is good so the color samples are true.

The Haverford Sherwin Williams store in particular is a wonderful place to go for painting needs. Nick has helped me several times and takes great pride in helping customers figure out what they need. It is a friendly environment and welcoming to a range of clients, from first-time painters (like myself) to professional (my house painter several years ago) and even corporate clients. I drive out of my way to go to the Haverford Sherwin Williams location because that is where Nick is. The personal interest that Nick takes in his customers is outstanding and is the only reason I was able to get the painting done this past May to absolutely transform my new home. I have found it difficult in the past to find someone who would answer my questions, since I do ask a lot of them! Other paint store employees at competitors in the area have answered my first few questions, then have handed me a business card for a design professional to pay to answer the rest. Nick went above and beyond any service I could have expected, even staying later after the store closed on my first visit in May to make sure I got everything I needed for that weekend (he even missed part of the game to stay later but I didn't realize this until I was leaving...) Nick never told me to leave or even indicated that he'd need to stay later -- he just took it on himself to make sure that I didn't feel uncomfortable and that I left with everything I needed for the job. When my husband came in a week later to purchase some additional paint, Nick remembered what I had told him about my husband's previous unsuccessful painting efforts, and offered instruction in the store to him and my son along with tips as to how they could get the best results. Nick showed tremendous patience helping me pick out the exact right colors, suggesting others that might work better when I brought up details about the lighting in different rooms. On my follow-up visit recently, Nick remembered all the details of my project (it's been four months now) and even referred back to paint I purchased previously to try to save me money now if I hadn't used all of that paint. I'd stored the paint in my basement so I had completely forgotten I'd even bought the paint Nick referenced! All in all, this was such a positive experience for me that I now have the confidence to take on the touch-ups and complete painting the remaining home areas myself instead of hiring someone to do it for me. Knowing I can ask questions to someone as knowledgeable and patient as Nick has made all the difference to me, since I know that if I made a mistake or have an issue, I can always call when Nick is in and he will extend himself to help. Star employee, I hope he is appreciated so he continues to add value to the Sherwin Williams line!

I don't know here name but the young lady who works in this store is always super helpful and has a great attitude. The store is well lit and very organized. Good shopping experience

Nicole was extremely helpful, and was able to match two different paint colors perfectly. Believe me, that is harder than it seems, and we have had very mixed luck with that in the past. Thanks, Nicole!
