Excellent experience with new battery purchase. The store manager Chris went above and beyond, as my old car battery was completely dead/unable to be jumped. Since I was not able to drive that vehicle to their store for the installation and live only 5 minutes away, he installed the replacement in my driveway. That is really above and beyond in the realm of customer service these days. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful!

I would like to post a THANK YOU to JP at Advance Auto in Jonesborough I had a rear window wiper destroyed at a local car war. I purchased the wiper and JP installed my wiper with no objections or attitude like most of us run into these days. But thanks again JP Advance Auto has a great employee right there

If they would've took the time to listen and understand our situation maybe they would've gotten a great review from me but I want shop with that location anymore...bad customer service for west market street. I typically don't change reviews, but after coming back so many times I've become friends with a lot of the guys down here. I actually don't get upset when I have to go buy parts or anything. I did have trouble last year with a used battery but the manager did make it right. Honestly there's a great team here and this is the first parts store I've truly enjoyed going to after all the cities I've been too. Thanks guys, keep it up!

This store in the oldest town in Tennessee is well stocked. Fast friendly service from a very knowledgeable staff was a great experience. This location is easy to access from traffic easily seen from traffic. I needed a battery replacement,and as usual, I had my dog with me. The service tech told me if I wanted, I could take the dog inside while he installed the new battery. Not many places or people left in the auto business like that. Thank you for a great experience. I will be back.

I was greeted upon entering. The associates were friendly and helpful.
Advance had the products I needed in stock at a reasonable price and the store was neat, clean and well stocked.

They always help me find what I need and don't try to avoid females when they walk in. That makes me feel good. Thank you

Got an alternator for a 1998 Lexus and a water pump for a 1966 Pontiac. Both were not exactly a bargain, but not unreasonably priced. Both fit and are working fine so far. Next day delivery on both worked as advertised.

If you are lucky enough to get a guy named Alen to help you do not have to worry about having to drive back to auto zone to exchange the part. Some of the younger employees are not as knowledgeable and 9 times out of 10 you end up with the wrong part.

Great service knowledgeable about every product and willing to help in any way.
